House holiday rentals in Anacapri

Maria's condo in Positano is exactly as described and pictured. Our group of 4 spent two nights and all said how much we would love to live there indefinitely. It's quite the hike down and back from the beach (but pretty much every Airbnb or hotel accommodation is). The only reason for 4 stars is that Maria was still cleaning the unit when we arrived at 3pm check in until 430-- for which she was incredibly apologetic. We were grateful the property is so well taken care of. Definitely don't forget to bring a swim cap down to the pool with you-- they won't let you get in the water without one! (Even if you have your hair up and don't plan to go under).

Monica’s place in Sorrento was a great location. Beautiful views from the piazza, great restaurants and shopping close by, beaches and marina were a short walk away. Monica’s partnership with the hotel was convenient for check-in. She handled our transportation reservation from the train station and to our next destination. If we were to come back to stay in Sorrento we would definitely have Monica’s place on the short list!

Extremely clean and beautiful apartment. Very responsive host. The view was spectacular and the patio was very large and spacious. It’s very good for younger people that like to do a lot of walking and hiking. It’s very difficult to get in town especially when you have only a couple of days to explore the city. I had my mom and aunt with me and I would have preferred a hotel by the center of town. We spent a lot of money for taxi . Other than that the place and the host are wonderful and match the description on the listing .

This place was perfection! From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and a tour of this incredible place. The pool and outdoor spaces plus the balcony with its incredible views were a huge hit! The family and their dog are so lovely and we couldn't say a single bad word about our stay here. Great location, big and spacious rooms, plenty of outdoor space and the pool was so good! If you are staying in or around Praiano then I wouldn't look anywhere else. It is even more stunning in real life. We can't wait to come back!

If you are looking for a post card view of Positano and the coastline, this is the place to stay. The property was beautiful and the pool was an added bonus. Air conditioning worked fine for us. Domenico was kind enough to help meet us and assist with our luggage. He even reserved a taxi for our Capri tour and recommend the La Strada restaurant. The food, service and close proximity were all great. One note to keep in mind is the number of steps to get to the property. It can be a bit of challenge for some. Otherwise, we had a memorable stay.

Rebecca was amazing! We had a special celebration for a friend and asked her to get us a cake and she made it happen last minute! She also arranged for a private chef dinner one of the nights and it was absolutely delicious and perfect! The property was beyond gorgeous! So lush and green with views of the water as well! We would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a serene setting!

Licia is the best air b n b host we have ever had! She made our trip seamless and was helpful in coordinating reservations and cabs. She is as very sweet and all of her recommendations were spot on. The home was even more beautiful than the photos. As the listing and many reviews state, it is at the top of Positano. The walk down was reasonable with many steps but only about 15-20 min to town. My mother was able to make it back up the steps one time but she did not prefer it and it took us around 45 mi, but like I said Lucia helped us coordinate rides and gave us bus instructions. There is also a nice restaurant at the top of the hill across the street called da constantino if you have a night you do not want to go to town.

Thank you to Michela and Giancarlo for the most wonderful 10 day trip! Giancarlo was very flexible when our flight got cancelled. The property is beautiful and is a perfect base to explore the Amalfi Coast. It has 2 private areas to sunbathe with sun beds/umbrellas. It is a short walk to the nearest beach and only 10/15 minutes walk into Maiori, where you can get a water ferry or bus to anywhere required. Would highly recommend staying here - Wonderful host, beautiful surroundings, amazing property and overall excellent trip! Thank you, Dan

During my 2 week Italy trip I stayed in 5 air b and b and this place by far is my favorite!!! I wish I’d stayed longer! I will be coming back in October with my husband this time. Claudia was very pleasant and super helpful with checkin and checkout process. Most amenities provided from air dryer, shampoo to iron/steamer and of course the washing machine was our saving grace on this trip!

The place was clean and perfect. It felt like a nice small home rather than a hotel, and felt very comfortable to come back to after a long day of activites around the island. My girlfriend and I had no issues at all, and will definetly be returning during our next trip. The owners were awesome to contact, very friendly and reliable, and responded very quickly.

The place was amazing. Location is great, the place looks fantastic and is very comfortable. Our favorite part was the rooftop terrace, it allows for for an incredible view. Our host was also very helpful, he’s recommend were great and he’s instruction very clear.

We spent a few beautiful days in Capri in Pierluigi’s place! We loved the position and view of Capri town, the apartment is perfect for a family or a small group, furnished beautifully and has a great kitchen with an outside area perfect to host a dinner. Pierluigi and Francesco manage this apartment perfectly. Their care and recommendations made our time in Capri unforgettable!

It is difficult to summarize just how breathtakingly beautiful it is in Nocelle in general and at this property in particular. If you want hustle and bustle and noise, stay down the hill in Positano proper. If you want peace and quiet with easy access to town on good public transportation, this is your place. Ana and Giovanni are welcoming and responsive hosts who grew up here and call the villa in Nocelle home during the winter. There are just enough amenities if you don't want to deal with the more popular tourist destinations along the coast, including a small market and two restaurants. The property is at the terminus of the famous Path of the Gods, a beautiful and moderately strenuous hike high above the coast. One word of caution: other reviews say there are a lot of stairs, this is inaccurate: there are ONLY stairs, so be thoughtful about how much luggage you bring because you will carry and not roll it!

Absolutely loved staying in Robert & Marialaura’s home! It’s the perfect location in Anacapri—steps away from lots of great restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and more. Bus stop is also right there, and it’s easy to get a taxi if needed from the post office lot. The home itself is very cozy and clean. The bed was very comfortable (which is a must for me!), and the garden patio was beautiful. Roberto gave us tons of local recommendations and was always willing to help (despite him being on vacation as well!). It was my third time visiting the island and staying in Anacapri, and was a very memorable experience! I’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Grazie mille!

Incredible stay at Vittoria's. Quality and very friendly welcome with everything you need to know about Capri. The accommodation is 100% faithful to the description, so not much to add except this point (very important): The accommodation gives access to a passage allowing you to be at the port of Marina Grande in less than 3 min, without going through the street, super useful!! The accommodation is beautiful, very quiet and the view is exceptional. Ideal for a couple or a family of 4. The kitchen is also very convenient. Recommended

My best stay in Capri so far. Intimate, beautiful view, great apartment and great hosts. I will definitely return!

Ivan's place was very cute and charming. The location was private and the grounds were very nice and spacious. I can imagine when the weather is nice, the outdoor space is unbeatable with nice sea views. Things to note, cabs do not come all the way to the unit, only to the main road. The unit is about a 5 minute walk downhill from the main road. Ivan drove our bags down for us when we arrived and when we departed so we wouldn't have to drag them up to the main road. Also, the area is not walkable and the taxi rides to Capri central and to the port were costly so keep transportation costs in mind when booking this villa as you will have to walk and cab everywhere you go. Otherwise, the villa was great and Anacapri has a city center that is not too far as well.

Very nice house in the style of Capri where you feel on vacation immediately. The view from the house and the terrace is exceptional. The neighborhood is very quiet and private, ideal for resting not far from the tumult of the piazzetta. Access to the house requires a little effort because Capri is mountainous but the view and the calm largely compensate. We loved it.

The place is wonderful as described with the most beautiful and serene garden to ourselves! We had a wonderful stay. The host is super friendly. she gave many local recommendations that we would not have found. Thank you, Eleonora, for having us!
