This picturesque village is perched on the slopes of the Mauges and offers a pretty panorama of the Loire. It is an ideal destination for lovers of nature, heritage and tranquility, away from the tourist crowds. The apartment is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 4 people with the ground floor sofa bed. It is also possible to park bicycles or motorcycles upon request.

We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Composed of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

Two magnificent terraces: one on the Loire and the other on the countryside that is lost on the horizon. The local walks are exceptional.

Welcome to the "Garden Side" apartment of 42 m2. You will find an industrial style decoration with open kitchen. The room is in a "Jungle" style with a 160 bed. This beautiful apartment is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Ancenis and the banks of the Loire. Free parking is in front of the small building. Great place to pack for an internship or training. Everything is provided (bed linen, towels ).

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has 1 bedroom with double bed, private bathroom, WC and equipped kitchen as well as an independent entrance (shared with our cats). As the terrain is sloping, a few steps lead to the entrance to the studio.
