We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).

Our house is from the 1950s it was designed from scratch by my dad. We live at the first and the apartment is below. We've updated everything. The apartment includes 1 big bedroom..with bed 1 sofa lounge and 1 single bed 1 fully equipped kitchen 1 x shower 1 wc You have access through the boiler room to the garden.. You can enjoy your meals and rest there. Everything is quiet.
