Quiet apartment surrounded by idyllic countryside

Those who need nature and peace love this place. The apartment is in the Five Lakes Country in a small Bavarian idyllic village. The property is cozy, quiet and surrounded by nature. It's a ground floor apartment. The small terrace at the entrance is surrounded by the garden. It takes about 5 - 10 minutes by car to get to the lakes. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Please be sure to arrive by car.

House Vacation Dream

Haus Urlaubstraum is wonderfully centrally located. You can do everything by foot if you want it. The beautiful Ammersee is just 150 metres from the apartment. The 60 sqm apartment is regularly renovated and renewed by us and is very modern. There is also a free underground parking space available. The beautiful waterfront promenade is one of the longest in Germany. The state capital Munich can also be reached in just 45 minutes by S-Bahn.

It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Book our new 3 room flat (89sqm) with fully furnished and new high quality fitted kitchen. From the balcony you have an indirect view of the Ammersee and in only 4 minutes on foot you are already at the longest lake promenade in Germany. The S-Bahn (S8 Munich and airport) is a 15-minute walk away.

TV is mandatory and a library is available for the analogues.

The apartment in an apartment building is a 5-minute walk from Lake Ammersee. Access is via 59 steps up and 40 steps down - which also makes your stay a training camp! The 1-room apartment has a sofa bed (mattress on slatted frame, 1.4 * 2 m) and a new kitchenette (no oven, 2 hotplates, microwave, fridge). Workation at the Ammersee? No problem: a workplace by the window allows you to combine the necessary with the pleasant.

This was a great little spot to stop before I had to fly out of Munich airport. Close to the S-Bahn and is a straight shot to the airport. The tiny apartment was cute and clean. The hostess was wonderful and stayed up to make sure I got in safely even though the train had me delayed by several hours. It was a positive experience overall!

We had wonderful days at Katja's in Dießen. Katja and her husband made check-in very easy for us. We felt very welcome and right at home. On our arrival, cakes and homemade jam were ready. Katja is super friendly and gave us a warm welcome, the tips for the area in the guest folder were very helpful. The loft is stylish and furnished with love. The roof terrace invites you to linger. In Dießen and the surrounding area, there are really diverse possibilities to do something. However, you can also simply enjoy the tranquility of the Villa Romenthal and relax. We really didn't miss anything! We'd love to come back and highly recommend the accommodation. Thank you!

Udo was very accommodating and friendly. The accommodation was nice and very close to the water (within walking distance). There are also many restaurants and bars in the area. We had a great weekend at the Ammersee and would love to come back sometime! :)

We had a great stay at Franziska and Florian’s house. The place was very clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The welcome gift was a thoughtful touch. Florian was very responsive and flexible - he kindly allowed us an early check-in and a late check-out, which made our trip more convenient. Franziska and Florian replied quickly whenever we had questions and were always polite, helpful, and open in communication. Also worth mentioning - the pillows were exceptionally comfortable:) We would be happy to stay here again and recommend the place to others!
