For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. House on the lake with sauna

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Corona free and well disinfected! Enjoy a peaceful stay in our idyllic house with large garden, trampoline, outside sauna & private lake, 20km south of Munich. The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. It is a bedroom of about 13 square meters, a cozy small kitchen, with table and chairs and a bathroom with tub, toilet and shower. The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Welcome to Andechs. Enjoy the peacfull area and quiet and treat yourself to a break. Get active around the nearby lakes (5-15 minutes away by car) or visit the baroque Andechs Monastery with its own brewery. Our modern 1-room apartment has its own entrance in the apartment building and a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, 2 hotplates and Bialetti for fresh coffee. If the weather permits, you can relax on your own terrace.
