Les Aulnes – Ile de Malvy

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

The annex is adjacent to the main house, yet independent. On the 1st floor, it comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a small lounge area, and on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a shower room. We welcome you to our cottage "au son de l'eau", a true haven of peace located at the end of a dead end on the banks of the Charente. Its location makes it a quiet place, ideal for unwinding. This property is divided into 3 independent houses. It is established on a plot of 4000m2. Located on the 'Flow Vélo', you can cycle there on a secure axis. This cycle route connects the Charente maritime estuary to Sarlat La Caneda in the Dordogne over 400km.

You will appreciate its privileged location with all amenities at your fingertips. Self check-in possible thanks to a secure key box. Train station, municipal swimming pool and recreation area with small beach and children's games 600 m on foot. Discover the bike flow along the Charente.

Petit Champ Eco-Lodge

Come and enjoy a refreshing stay in an unusual Tiny house in the middle of the Charente countryside. A few minutes from the Charente river and its different walks and swimming. You will also enjoy a heated jaccuzi all year round, a large terrace facing the sunset and all the comforts you need. Ideally located between Cognac and Angouleme, there is no shortage of visits and tourist activities. Two ATVs and two paddle boards are available.

Located in one of the most beautiful villages of Charente, this authentic chabourne, entirely renovated, offers a panoramic view of the Charente valley and the river, which you can contemplate from the terrace. Hiking trail, bike flow, nearby swimming areas and taverns... In summer, our village is a paradise! A true cocoon, the wood stove and sauna give the place a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The bedding is new and very comfortable.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , consisting of a bedroom, bathroom ( shower, sink), toilet, common area with sofa BZ, kitchenette and dining area, fridge, plaque... large plot, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, Romanesque church of the 11th.. For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not respond to requests for more than 4 nights.
