The house consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, ( where the bathroom is) 1 bedroom with bunk bed(underbed 120cm wide) fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, Living room with corner sofa, Fireplace, ironing board and iron, hair dryer available, free Wifi, there is also Cromecast, sheets and towels are included, also cleaning. Separate shower and toilet are also in the laundry room on the property.

A classic Swedish cabin with all modern amenities such as underfloor heating, WIFI, washing machine, bathroom and full kitchen with dishwasher fridge/freezer etc.. A small wood-burning stove is available and open plan with a separate small bedroom. The surroundings are amazing with 25 meters to Vege river and brew breakfast/lunch/dinner as well as fishing. Dogs are welcome but then there is a small cleaning fee of 200€ which is resolved on site. Walking distance to Sandön and its shallow beaches A wonderful summer home completely.

Exit to the west facing terrace with seating for 10 people, charcoal grill is available. Walking distance to restaurants, kiosk, padel/tennis courts, mini golf as well as cafe and service shop within the camping area Råbocka. 200 meters to long sand beach. Bed linens (sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers) and towels are brought yourself.

On the historic Ludvigsgården in Magnarp, you will find this wonderful old house with roots dating back to 1690. Less than a five-minute walk to the sea, harbor and fishing tavern. The farmhouse is modern but at the same time breathes the past with a magnificent tiled stove, an old fine wooden floor and a leafy patio. Welcome to this cozy red cottage with its own garden with berry bushes and fruit trees located only 600 meters from a lovely beach. Trains and buses are very close, so it's easy to get here and discover the surroundings. For those of you who like to cycle, Kattegattleden is around the corner, and there is plenty of room for parking if you come by car. A nice place for a peaceful and pleasant stay! On the property, there is another house but you have separate gardens.
