A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Admire the gallery displaying old fishing pictures from the 1920s and enjoy the lake view through ancient maple and cherry trees. The kitchen and living area are perfect for relaxation.

"Fräulein Käthes Sommerfrische" is a vacation apartment located in the beautiful Uckermark, one hour north of Berlin. The 70 sqm apartment is on the second floor of an old servants' house, directly on the Anger of the small village, which is surrounded by 7 lakes. The owner lives (with cat Charly) in the apartment on the ground floor. Vacationers are welcome to share and enjoy the garden. The large holiday flat in our house in Peetzig am See. Quietly located in the wonderful nature of the Uckermark. The bathing area of the Peetzigsee is 200 metres away, the garden of the house can be used completely. Bicycles, fire bowl, SUP board, natural pool, barbecue and fireplace are available free of charge. For the hot tub and sauna we charge a one-time usage fee/flat rate of 20 €. You may share the garden with guests of the other apartment.
