This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation, picturesque village Ihlow, in the Märkische Schweiz (5km walk through the forest to Buckow), 55km east of Berlin. You can swim in the Reichenower Lake (3km) or in the Grosser Thornowsee. If you don't have a car, you can get there by bus or bicycle (18km) from Straussberg Nord station. Aufwachen mit Blick auf den See. Unser modernes 40 m² Studio liegt direkt am Peetzigsee im Biosphärenreservat Schorfheide-Chorin. Die großzügige, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse schließt unmittelbar an den Wohnbereich an und bietet Sonne sowie einen weiten Blick über die Naturwiese zum See. Die Badestelle erreichen Sie nach nur etwa 40 Metern. Hochwertiges Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm), Schlafsofa, Regendusche, Küchenzeile, Essbereich und WLAN sorgen für entspannten Komfort mitten in der Natur.

Große Wohnung direkt am See

Lass die Stadt hinter dir und genieß die wunderschöne Natur der Uckermark. In dieser großen Wohnung (145m2 + 50m2 Terrasse) kannst du mit deinen Freund*innen am Kamin ausspannen, mit super schnellem Internet vom Homeoffice aus arbeiten oder einfach auf der Terrasse sitzen und deinen Blick über den See schweifen lassen. Der Peetzigsee mit einem Badestrand und bester Wasserqualität ist in nur wenigen Metern zu Fuß zu erreichen. Am Haus vorbei führt der Berlin-Usedom Radweg mit bestem Asphalt.

Renoviertes Bauernhaus mit riesigem Garten, Feuerschale und Seeblick mitten in der Uckermark. Das Haus besteht aus zwei in sich kompletten Wohnungen, mit jeweils einer Küche und Badezimmer, sowie zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Wohnzimmern mit Schlafcouches, wobei das eine Wohnzimmer komplett abschließbar ist, mit eigenem Zugang zum Badezimmer, so dass dies auch als reines Schlafzimmer genutzt werden kann. Durch Öffnung der Verbindungstüren erhält man ein großzügiges Haus für bis zu 8 Personen.

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Zum Bahnhof 5 Gehminuten (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).
