Die großzügige, nach Süden ausgerichtete Terrasse schließt unmittelbar an den Wohnbereich an und bietet Sonne sowie einen weiten Blick über die Naturwiese zum See. Die Badestelle erreichen Sie nach nur etwa 40 Metern. Hochwertiges Boxspringbett (180 × 200 cm), Schlafsofa, Regendusche, Küchenzeile, Essbereich und WLAN sorgen für entspannten Komfort mitten in der Natur.

The world-famous Museum Island, the Cathedral and the Reichstag are all within walking distance. Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. The perfect hideaway in the city center.

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

A house in the fields

The house is situated alone in a sea of fields, surrounded by the wind in a fantastic perennial garden. With the help of many artist colleagues and friends, this formerly unspectacular guesthouse from the 1990s was converted and renovated into a small oasis and a garden was created with the help of landscape designer Rainer Elstermann. In constant growth and change, an idyllic place was created - and is still being created - in which 10 people can be accommodated in the guest part.

Renovated farmhouse with huge garden, fire pit and lake view in the middle of the Uckermark. The house consists of two complete apartments, each with a kitchen and bathroom, as well as two bedrooms and two living rooms with sofa beds, whereby one living room is completely lockable, with its own access to the bathroom, so that this can also be used as a pure bedroom. By opening the connecting doors you get a spacious house for up to 8 people.

This beautiful new apartment invites you to relax and feel good. The large balcony is southwest facing and perfect for outdoor dining.
