Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This charming and spacious apartment of more than 50 m², dating from around 1640, is a wonderful place to stay. Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. Towels, bedding and kitchen towels are already ready for you, and you are welcome to make free use of our garden and natural swimming pond. And of course: everyone is welcome with us. We are LGBTQI+-friendly and believe in a place where everyone feels free and at home!

At the gates of Limousin and Périgord, our town of Angoisse is ideally located 50 minutes from Limoges, Périgueux or Brive. A stone's throw from the Rouffiac leisure center, come and enjoy the beach or discover hiking, fishing, wakeboarding, paddle boarding, but also climbing, archery, not to mention carriage rides, but also and of course, our castles, our caves and our gastronomy. We'll be happy to share our daily lives with you.
