Very clean place, in great state of use. Very kind and proactive host, answered all the questions very quickly. Very beautiful locale, I think within the condominium there is only one place with the clearest instructions to locate every thing inside, like an administrative point, as it is quite large and there are several towers. But nothing more to declare. The beach inside the condo is tumbo, for those who go with a child, would have to look for other options that have near there. I hope to come back more often.

We stayed a few days, but were extremely well spent... Everything that Marcelo describes about the apartment is equivalent to what we found there. All very clean and sanitized, with all the services informed. The Resort offers you beach, clubs, pools - and the ocean is worth SO MUCH... Take a diving mask to see the little fish! Exceptional Experience! We were greeted with an impeccable, clean, smelling, well-equipped apartment with bedding, towels and toiletries with hotel standard. In addition to all of this, Claudia still received us with a stuffed basket and a delicious cake! Very affectionate in every detail!!! Outside all the support that was given, with condominium guidelines, local beaches, salon indication (we stayed for a wedding) and others. If you return to Mangaratiba, I will definitely stay at the apartment again! I recommend it with no hesitation. About the condominium: the beach is beautiful, with a tent and good structure, but the sea is very dangerous, not suitable for bathing. Other than that, the structure is very good, offering several leisure options (restaurant, club, game room, etc.). The streets are very steep, which makes it a little difficult to access the places on foot, but the condominium itself has a van service for internal transport.

They were pleasant days, within the expected and even exceeding expectations.

The apartment is excellent and well located, close to markets, pharmacy and quite safe. The host gave me excellent tips on walks and restaurants!

We loved our stay. We went to an event at the Fasano hotel and the accommodation was a few meters from the hotel. The host was helpful and accessible. I highly recommend it!

Our stay was wonderful! Mr. José is extremely requested and very nice. The view of the apartment is exceptional, the condominium is note 10, there is a playground where my son could play at night, club grade 10, etc. Good beach, good club pool and bar with good service in the pool as well. I took advantage of the sun of the weekend and it was all exceptional.

I loved the space , everything organized, appliance and new furniture, apartment identical to the photos . The very kind , polite , friendly and patient host. The whole air-conditioned apartment,all well organized . They were quiet days… even though it was a carnival week… we were able to rest and escape the excitement because the condominium offers activities for all tastes . Hope to be back soon !!!

Apt as described in the description. Quiet building with lots of features. Wide Parking. Smart TVs in the living room and suite. We like it a lot.

The stay was excellent, apartment with an amazing view, clean and organized and very close to the beach , I recommend to those who want to enjoy the condominium without having to take the car to go to the beach and pool. Mr Alayr I always request and gave all the necessary support.

It was great, Jailson always ready to answer us and meet, very helpful. We had a problem that was resolved quickly, as far as possible. The apartment has all the necessary utensils, a beautiful view and is close to the beach. 3 min walk (remembering that it is hill). The condominium is great, but it is good to warn that it is all on slopes. Comfortable mattresses and good showers. We intend to return and recommend!
