Holiday rentals with a patio in Anguilla

The property is very nice. Clean and quiet. Location was great.

We just finished our first stay at CARTeas and totally enjoyed the home. It is modern, clean, and has all the amenities to make your visit very comfortable. The patio was awesome, and you are very close to the airport, so you can watch airplanes takeoff and land! Since it's on the second floor, there was always a nice breeze. Njeri contacted us on several occasions just to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Just a little bit about our expectations when finding a place to stay in AXA. My wife and I visit AXA 8-10 times per year. We select either a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom place depending on the number of friends/family coming with us. We always rent a car and don't need to be on the beach which saves a LOT of money. CARTeas is located near the center of the island so you are close to everything....beaches, dining, groceries, etc! We have stayed at several places in AXA and CARTeas is by far the BEST 2 bedroom home that we have stayed at. Highly recommend!

This condo is located in the peaceful neighborhood of Sandy Hill, with a picturesque view of the ocean. My mother traveled with us on this trip and we were happy that the host made special efforts to ensure her comfort. The first morning we were treated to some delicious pastry fresh from a popular bakery. We got a lot of information about places to visit and how to get around. No place is too far or unreachable. The condo was clean, well kept, neat and attractive with adequate linen, dishes, pots for cooking and binoculars for better viewing. Being on the upper level however, may make the stairs a bit challenging for some. Added to the beautiful view and refreshing sound of the waves washing the shoreline, the condo has access to the rooftop where we were able to relax privately at night and absorb the tranquility of the skies. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Thank You.

Darius was super responsive and made our stay seamless. We felt like we were at home and very very comfortable. This will be the place where we stay everytime we come to Anguilla (pending availability of course lol)

Our stay at Javan's place was amazing! Javan and his co-hosts were very friendly and attentive during the stay, and providing a welcome basket was so nice and appreciated. The whole house was super clean and provided everything we needed in a stay: the wifi was super fast, the ac in the bedrooms was very cold, the shower had great pressure and hot water, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook great meals. It's a good location, close to a grocery store and a row of good restaurants and a short drive to Shoal Bay Beach, an amazing beach!! A perfect stay in Anguilla!

Easy to get to location. Meads Bay beach is just a 10 minutes walk and you can go through Four Seasons for a more pleasant walk. Also has some great local restaurants near. The room itself has a little kitchen as well as a nice garden where we enjoyed our breakfast.

The apartment was very spacious, ideal for 3 or 4 people. there was a lot of space to chill out, terrace was nice too. Everything was in good condition and clean. Would recommend coming with a car is necessary as it will be otherwise difficult to get around. Not many amenities close to the apartment, but good location for exploring beaches.

Felicia was a very warm and accommodating host. We had a problem with one of the beds the first night and she had it resolved quickly. One of the teens in our group got very sick on our last day and she couldn't have been more gracious and accommodating. The place was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Seafeathers is a beautiful part of the island.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Desert Rose Cottage. It is in a wonderful location between Shoal Bay East and Island Harbour, with plenty of beaches, bars and fine restaurants close by. The high-ceilinged cottage is sunny, very spacious, bigger than expected, with a large shared open living area and kitchen, two large air-conditioned bedrooms, and two full baths. The many screened windows allow breezes to flow throughout the house from every side, and multiple ceiling fans also keep air flow pleasant. I was amazed by the large and new washer and dryer, meaning you can pack minimal clothing for your stay and be just fine. Each room has its own wall-mounted flatscreen TV, there is plenty of closet space, and Marian provides beach chairs and umbrellas if you want to go to a more remote beach. This is a great spot for two couples or a family of four. I will definitely return to this home upon future visits to Anguilla. Thank you Marian!

Lisbette is an absolute great host. She was helpful in so many ways. We need to change rental car - she managed everything - no hassle - car delivery to house. New Years Eve reservation last minute - no problem - wonderful Diner! Recommendations for Diner absolute great - wonderful host and ask proactive! House is a very silent area and 5 minutes from one of the best beaches in Anguilla! Highly recommended.

Maggie was the perfect host. Very hospitable and made the visit very comfortable. She is a true Anguillan, very friendly and would do anything to assist you with your vacation.

Carls place was just as described and nice and speciation for a big group on a girls trip. He was very responsive and gave some great local recommendations. We were welcomed with a big fruit basket which was a lovely surprise. The house had all the amenities you need so highly recommend

First, the view from the house is absolutely breathtaking! The photos don't do the house or the view justice. The house looks better in person than it does in the listing photos - pristine and bright. Plus there is air conditioning in EVERY room, not just the bedrooms, so we stayed cool. Even though we had a rental car, we were met at the airport, escorted to the rental car agency and then to the house. The concierge service was also first-rate. We used it for everything from stocking the refrigerator, to restaurant and activity suggestions and reservations, to booking transfers, to arranging a private chef to cook an Easter dinner that our finicky teenager described as the best meal he'd ever had. The location is central to great beaches, resorts where you can get day passes, golf at the stunning Aurora and everything we wanted to do. Can't say enough great things about Enesh's place. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We stayed 8 days at Jos'e's place. Zen was exactly as described. The house was very clean and well equipped. The neighborhood rooster was in the yard every morning at sunrise, waking us up at 5:30 AM. This area of the island is not heavily populated, which helps with noise & privacy. We went to Best Buy Market in the valley, for all of our provisions. Nearby Shoal Bay beach was a great place to snorkel & sunbathe. Elodias has killer drinks & food! The beaches on the West end of the island were also great to visit. Meads & Crocus were in particular, very nice. All of the locals that we spoke with, were very polite and helpful. The roads in Anguilla are a bit ragged to drive but probably no worse than any of the other islands that we've visited. We would stay at Zen again in the future.

Sunset Seclusion is the perfect location for just wanting to relax in a peaceful and quiet area. Restaurants and attractions are close by at Anguilla’s pristine and world renowned Shoal Bay East Beach. The view from this unit’s terrace at sunset is truly mesmerizing! That will be the memory I take back home with me. I can only imagine the view from the 3rd floor unit that is being completed. The unit is welcoming and fully furnished with everything that I needed to be comfortable. There is a 65" Smart TV in the living room and a 55" one in the bedroom. The entire unit is powered with super cool ACs although they are not needed due to the strong, tropical, fresh breeze. Donovan is a great host and made me feel at home. I’d definitely come back and stay again!

Our stay at the Condo in Swing High was absolutely incredible. Kevin’s space was spotless, beautifully modern and exactly as pictured, if not better. It had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing overnight stay. Their hospitality was top tier. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and even provided a rental car upon same day request. Also, they gave us great suggestions on where to visit which truly enhanced our experience on the island. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Anguilla. We’ll be back for sure.

Review from a colleague who I booked for: I stayed at Long Pond whilst working for 28 days. The spacious apartment was ideal for my lifestyle. All amenities were excellent and I cooked most days, finding the kitchen to be very practical and it is only a short distance to the supermarket. There are spectacular views of the landscape, which is a haven for wildlife, with many species of bird, reptile, and invertebrate, and it is a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach with striking views towards St. Martin. I could not have hoped for a more tranquil place to stay on the island. The area felt safe and all neighbours I met were friendly. Merlyne & Joshua were friendly hosts. Seldom have I met such genuine people, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I have travelled to 43 countries in 15 years as a zoologist and have to rate my time in Anguilla as #1, in no small part due to the most wonderful stay in their apartment. Highly recommended

Yvette's place is AMAZING! We are a family of 4 with two adult children, so the space was perfect for us. Plenty of space and privacy. Large kitchen with everything you need. The location was great, as we were near everything. The yard is large and has an area for barbecuing and an area to sit and make a fire. The upstairs unit has a lovely view of St. Maarten and the sea, which we did not expect. It's very quiet and easy to get to. The beds were comfortable, with nice bedding, and we really appreciated having a washer and dryer, (in each unit). The decks were nice and large enough to do yoga on. Many nice touches, such as beach chairs, (not needed given all of the beach bars with lounge chairs!), snorkeling equipment, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. The units are very spacious and clean. We really can't say enough great things about Yvette's place! We would absolutely come back!
