Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

We stayed at Villa Aromatica for 1 week and it was fantastic. Bernard and his parents are wonderful hosts and even prepared us a wonderful meal on our last evening with local wine. The Villa is 5 star with very comfortable beds and top quality facilities. The pool and outdoor kitchen are excellent. As a family we like to experience local culture and everyday we did day trips, never driving more than 1 hour. We actually had breakfast in Croatia, lunch in Slovenia and our evening meal in Italy one day. The scenary is breathtaking and the history is unrivaled. Pula, Rovinj, Porec, Motovun, Piran in Slovenia and Trieste in Italy were some of the places we visited. I would recommend Villa Aromatica anytime of year as it offers so much whatever the season.

We had a wonderful time in the villa in Croatia! The accommodation is really very nice, tastefully decorated, well maintained and clean – just like in the pictures. We were warmly welcomed upon arrival: there was homemade schnapps and a local sweet to welcome us, which made us very happy. The contact with the hosts was also great: When we needed their help, they were immediately available and on site. Very friendly and helpful - we really felt we were in good hands. The only small downside: the beds or mattresses are unfortunately already quite worn out and no longer particularly comfortable. It's a shame, especially because the villa is otherwise so high-quality - a renovation would be really desirable here. Overall, however, a great stay – we would love to come back!

Our stay at Villa ZEL was great. Located in the heart of Istria, the villa is an ideal starting point for trips around the region. It is also extremely comfortable for relaxing indoors or around the pool. The accommodation is clean, nicely designed and well equipped. Leana was always available online. We would definitely come back again.

Very nice villa, great pool We felt very comfortable. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare breakfast or cook a little something. The owner was very nice and was always available for questions and also gave us good tips.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. We were there with the whole family. It was beautiful! The house is clean, super equipped, very nicely decorated and is in a lovely location. We spent a lot of time in the pool or left for excursions to the area. The recommendations we received were great! It was a unanimous opinion that this was not our last visit. Thank you!

We enjoyed the stay at Goran’s home. Close to the beach, famous towns, restaurants and shops by car. The pool was refreshing and my dogs enjoyed the house as well, as it was 100% fenced so they could run free.

This was by far the best Airbnb experience I’ve had. Everything was absolutely perfect: the house, the host, the location. The house is furnished with such an incredible attention to detail. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and sauna are astonishing. This house is the sort of place that keeps you happy whatever the weather is. David and his family are the best hosts you could imagine. Super kind and positive, always responsive, attentive to our needs (we asked for three beds and highchairs for our babies and we found them in the house when we arrived), full of recommendations for restaurants, things to see, where to park and much more. David even met us in Vrsar to show us his recommended tour of the town and restaurant. The location of the house is also very convenient if you’re going to move around by car. All the areas of interest are within a 30/50 min ride. Thanks so much David and your family for your incredible hospitality. We’ll recommend this place to our friends and family!

We enjoyed our stay in Ingrid's. The house is very nice, peaceful and clean. It has a very nice indoor swimming pool, sauna, hot top and steam room. However, the house lacks air conditioning in bedrooms so the sleeping at night was a struggle. Also the outdoor swimming pool is right next to the Tiny House which makes it awkward to use while they are guests in the Tiny House but having indoor pool meant that wasn't a problem for us.

The stay was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Maja welcomed us very well and was super friendly, helpful and always available. I'd come back anytime – a clear recommendation!

We booked this great property with friends and our wauzis over the turn of the year. Unfortunately, it was not as bright as we had hoped, but still our "fear"dog was able to enjoy New Year's Eve quite well, as everything could be locked accordingly. In summer, certainly twice as beautiful, as the outdoor area is really great. The house itself is nicely divided and has enough space and space. The location in a cul-de-sac makes it pleasantly quiet and you are in all the cities of Istria worth seeing in no time. The contact via Connor and Tamara (who is the direct contact person on site) was all around great. We enjoyed our getaway.

Iva’s Villa is an oasis in the countryside which makes for a very relaxing and tranquil place to relax and enjoy the beautiful property, garden and pool area.

We booked the accommodation spontaneously because another one was canceled. Everything worked out great and we were more than satisfied. It is a beautifully landscaped garden, a very nice house (with everything you need - fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms/4 toilets) - a great outdoor kitchen and a very nice pool. The neighbors were quiet and the donkeys in the adjoining meadow were also sweet and peaceful. There are plenty of shopping opportunities nearby. We will definitely be back.

We felt very comfortable in the house. The beautiful stone house with its interior made of modern concrete, together with old wooden elements, the beautiful stone steps and modern metal elements in rust look are perfectly harmonized. In the outdoor area you will find the same harmonious details. The house is perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Communication with Mladen was very good. The highlight for us was the outdoor area with pool, outdoor shower, spacious seating area and perfect privacy. Thank you for this beautiful gem! ,

Luka and his gorgeous villa deserve more than five stars. The home is breathtaking, historical, and renovated with love and respect for the previous generations. Every detail was considered and we only wish we could have stayed longer! The property and location are just stunning and a perfect place to share time with loved ones. We had a terrific stay - the location of the house is stunning with views over the water; the pool was clean and refreshing; and the house was comfortable, well appointed and well laid out. The beach just 2 minutes walk was great for salt water swimming (and easy paddle board rentals) and Piran with its cafes, restaurants and winding Venetian alleyways is a leisurely 10-15 minute stroll along the water. Katja was a fabulous host - super responsive to all inquiries before and during our stay and helpful with local suggestions (and even volunteered to refresh the house for us.) I highly recommend Villa Ella to anyone considering a stay on this beautiful part of the Istrian coast! Our stay could not have been any better!
