The hostel Fuchs und Hase, quiet and charming

Our hostel Fuchs und Hase is located in Oberjugel, a scattered settlement belonging to Johanngeorgenstadt, directly on the border with the Czech Republic. At an altitude of 850 m, pure nature, tranquility, unadulterated mountain meadows and many hiking and cycling trails await you. In winter, the Jugelloipe starts right behind the house with connection to the Kammloipe and Czech ski highway. Several ski slopes can be reached quickly by car. We are happy to provide tips.

Our beautiful apartment is located in the district Chemnitz - Reichenhain. It offers a modern fully equipped kitchen, living room and bedroom, a daylight bathroom with bathtub/ shower. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, TV armchair, flat screen TV, WiFi and stereo system. The couch can be used as a fully-fledged extra bed for 1-2 people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, a single bed and a large closet.

Adventure?! Tinyhouse-style cabin for a cozy getaway in the Vogtland. The cottage has a small bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, toilet and a sink. The sleeping area for two people can be reached by a comfortable ladder staircase. There is a small wood stove that heats the hut, is used as a stove and spreads comfort. Direct parking on the property. There is another hut on the property, which also occasionally accommodates guests.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. Our apartment, which is in a quiet but central location (e.g. 5 minutes' walk to the market or to St. Ann Church), we have been renting since November 2015. So far, we have welcomed 1,000 guests and all, really all, were at least satisfied :)
