Our quiet apartment (32 m²), overlooking the Tennen Mountains, offers direct access to the ski area and our cross-country trails. In summer, you can reach the paraglider landing site and numerous walking and hiking trails in just 2 minutes walking time. The town center and a swimming lake are only 1.5 km away. We live in Germany, in the Berchtesgadener Land tourist region, on the outskirts of the Berchtesgadener and Salzburg Alps in the municipality of Ainring. A car would be an advantage. Free on-site parking is available.

We planned and built the apartment ourselves in a unique way. It is centrally located and yet in a quiet location. A ski bus stop is a few meters behind our house. The city center is a 5-minute walk away. We are in the center of countless well-known ski resorts (Reiteralm, Obertauern, Ski Amade, Zauchensee,....) but even in summer there is a lot to offer!

Forsthaus Neuberg

Welcome to the heart of the Salzburger Sportwelt. When you stay at the Forsthaus Neuberg, you get to ski in / out in the winter. In the summer you are directly at hiking trails and right by the Dachstein mountain range for rock-climbing. Our spacious house in the quaint village of Filzmoos is ideal for your vacation with family or friends.
