A "mazot" is a small cottage annex. Here located at the end of our garden with parking. Very "mountain" style Quiet but 1 minute from the road. Private terrace overlooking the house's garden. 5-minute walk: - Bakery (7 days a week, 6am-8pm) with breakfast, brunch, picnic - "Café du Col" restaurant every day at noon - "Pizza du col" 24/7. 15 min-30 min: - ski resorts, hiking, cross country skiing, paragliding, rafting, mountain biking. A Kota is a wooden house (originally a cabin with a barbecue and sauna) where you can get away from it all. Our Finnish Kota is located on our very quiet 3000m² plot, with its own terrace. It offers an unobstructed 360° view of the countryside and Le Semnoz. In our comfortable, heated and air-conditioned Kota, you'll find a double sofa bed (140x200, sofa bed), a dining table with two chairs, a kitchenette with an induction hob, microwave, and bathroom.

Lovers of calm and wide open spaces, this is an ideal base for hiking, running, mountain biking, paragliding, snowshoeing or ski touring. But it's also the perfect place to disconnect and recharge.

The Cabanon

Welcome to the Cabanon, a charming eco chalet. Enjoying a peaceful stay experience close to nature. Nestled in an idyllic setting, this chalet guarantees you total privacy without any overlook, allowing you to relax in complete tranquility. One of the major assets of the Cabanon is its traditional Nordic bath, heated with wood. This unique experience will allow you to relax completely . Inside and outside, the chalet is fully wood-burning.

Come and stay at this unusual wooden cabin from floor to ceiling. A sweet and peaceful cocoon to relax. 20 min from Annecy in the quiet countryside on the edge of the forest. Here you can hear the birds chirping and watching nature up close. The cabin is set on a family plot where my family and I live in the main house. The cabin is self-contained and has a double bed, kitchen, bathroom, indoor and outdoor dining table.
