So many things available, in a beautiful setting like this. It feels good! It feels like home. Honestly, it's a little slice of heaven. Go there without a second thought!

Accommodation that perfectly matches the description and photos. With impeccable cleanliness, it seems to have been refurbished very recently. Our 2-year-old daughter immediately felt comfortable, thanks to the toys available. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is large enough to accommodate a baby crib without any problems. The accommodation is well located (close to the lake and about 20 minutes' walk from the hyper center). We were hosted very well by Maryse and communication was easy during the stay. We highly recommend Alice's house for a stay in Aix-les-Bains!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

Visiting for Pentecost weekend on the occasion of the great medieval Andilly. We really enjoyed Nathalie's place with self check-in. Everything is there and a good shower, as well as good bedding is very nice after a big day of walking. See you next time in the area.

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! Perfect location, lovely apartment and the best energy. This Airbnb felt just like home from the very beginning. We wished we could have stayed even longer. This space is perfect !

An amazing apartment in the middle of town! When the farmers market is happening you walk out right in the middle of it- very cute and quaint! The apartment was very nice and the hosts provided fans which was very necessary because it gets very hot during the summer. The kitchen was well stocked and the bathroom was very clean. The only thing is the shower tended to spill water all over the floor, but we were given lots of towels! All in all, I’d def stay here again next time I’m in Annecy!

What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The impeccable accommodation, but also this breathtaking view of the lake and the mountain. Bike, hike, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

Can’t beat the view and the location

This place is just perfect! There were 2 of us for a 3-day stay and we didn't want to go back home because we felt so at home. It's spacious enough for 2 people, clean and well maintained, there's everything you need in the accommodation, I was perhaps just missing a microwave but not disturbing. The decor and the surroundings seduced us and Muriel was very accommodating and pleasant. I recommend it! 😊

Exceptional location with a nice lake view and absolute quiet. The accommodation is very charming, spacious and well thought out, our cats loved being able to climb up high and observe nature through the large windows (yes pets are allowed!). Note that there was no air conditioning while it was mentioned on the listing, it seems that it is only installed for the two months of summer, but there are enough openings to be able to ventilate properly when it is cooler.

You couldn't find a more central place in Annecy. Short walks to everything. Parking is very convenient down below with a lift virtually to the front door. The apartment is very clean, nicely decorated, and big. When you've been travelling for a while you forget how nice it is to have a bit of space until you live in an apartment like Karine's. The space is ace.
