A cosy cottage with a history dating back over 1000 years when it was formally tower guarding a bridge over the river Rhone The cottage is in a nature reserve on the banks of the Rhone and has been newly renovated in 2021. It has one bedroom with a double bed, one small sofa bed (suitable for one person or two small children, a bathroom and kitchenette and a terrace. There is a private pontoon with canoes for you to use and nature walking from the doorstep.

Situé au sud du massif du Jura au pied du Grand Colombier dans le Valromey. Randonnées à proximité à pied ou en VTT (Massif du Colombier, les Plans d'Hotonnes, le plateau de Retord, sur Lyand). En vélo de route au travers des petits villages. Vous y apprécierez le calme, les grands espaces. A : 1H d'Annecy, de Genève, de Chambery, 1 H 30 de Chamonix.

The Cottage des Belhiardes, Lake Annecy

This charming cottage for 4 people is located in a very quiet area close to the lake. Situated in the same grounds as the main house , it has its own garden, with stunning views, but none of the windows overlook each other. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, a recently renovated kitchen, Shower room and WC. The lake is 5 mns walking away, the cycling path at the end of our road, and the village of St Jorioz 5 mns on a bike or by car.

Within the Parc des Bauges in Savoie, part of the Gîte des 5 Éléments, this spacious (150 m2) and serene accommodation will welcome you with family or friends. A forest (7,000 m2), a vegetable garden, views of the Bauges and Belledonnes, a large lake nearby, position this cottage in a setting of nature and harmony. Services, by reservation, such as breakfast, table d'hôte, massage, organic wine tasting, catering, mountain guide, mountain biking, will be offered.

Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...). Shops 2 km away: grocery store, bakery, butcher, post office...

Welcome to the gîte at the end of the road: Typical Savoyard stone and wood house, 800 m above sea level, in a mid-mountain hamlet offering a beautiful view of the massif, in the heart of the Bauges Natural Park, between Annecy and Chambéry. ❤ During school holidays (all areas) we only rent from Saturday to Saturday but at the last minute we consider any request ❤
