Holiday rentals with lake access in Annecy

We had an unforgettable girls' weekend in Le Granges in Roger. This home was a small haven. Very classy interior with comfortable bedding, the air conditioning that is very important with the heat we had and an exterior with spa pool and petanque court that we loved. We had a problem with the coffee maker that was resolved very quickly thanks to our welcoming host and the little care for us, thank you again

Really nothing to say, very welcoming host, kind and who does not hesitate to share information to make the most of the city of Annecy, activities, restaurants...etc. The apartment was very clean, very quiet and we have everything we need. Thank you and see you soon.

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We were at Claire's house for the second time, almost a week. The furnishings are very good, high-quality materials, everything very generous (e.g. enough coffee, dishwasher tablets, soap, etc.). Everything is very well thought out. The location is very quiet with wonderful views. The terrace is equipped with plenty of seating and a large sunshade. Everything is just right and we'd love to come back. The communication with Claire was pleasant.

Great place for the animation festival... it's perfect for 1 person... which was what I had going on. It was clean and easy to access. Right in the middle of everything but not too loud.

Perfect place for my 18 year old son and I to stay and explore Annecy. The location was ideal to enjoy old town and access the lake front. I recommend!

Elodie was super nice and communicative. We loved our stay in Annecy thanks to its spacious, intimate accommodation and close to all tourist activities. superb location, steps from the old town without being in it. layout is a little awkward, with one bedroom having to be passed through in order to get to the other. watch you head as you move from the living room to the bedroom area!

This is such a beautiful place in such a gorgeous location. You definitely get your workout going up the steps, but the spiral stairs are part of the charm, and the view out over the canal and the old town streets along it is worth every step. The place is large and spacious and nicely furnished. It also is conveniently located to numerous restaurants and the lake, and the train station is less than a 15 minute walk. We spent five nights and had a wonderful time.

Pierre and Catherine's accommodation was ideal for our 4-day getaway in Annecy. Traveling with my husband and my two children aged 1.5 and 3.5, Pierre was very accommodating with our arrival time, the instructions on self-check-in were very well explained to us by phone a few days before our arrival. Pierre also provided us with a travel cot and high chair for our youngest. Cold drinks were waiting for us on arrival, a particularly appreciated touch. The duplex is large and spacious, faithful to the description and photos, the bedding is good quality, the accommodation is perfectly clean. The proximity of the Airbnb to the lake is ideal (5 min walk), especially with children. I would highly recommend it!

This Air BnB will make you feel right at home with the small touches provided in the apartment. The location works well for visitors. The apartment is large and has an excellent kitchen, laundry, and bath. It was very clean and well equipped. We parked in the garage one night but decided it was easier to find street parking our final night. We appreciate the host’s recommendations.

Michelle offers a very pleasant place to live in, close to the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. The accommodation is described, small but well equipped and very functional. In good weather, you have to take advantage of the sunny terrace of the garden. We had a very pleasant stay in Saint-Jorioz and, although we did meet our hosts, the communication was clear and very cordial. Michelle has offered games for children, bikes for walks and is very attentive to her tenants. Annecy is beautiful but also all the small villages around the lake. We particularly recommend the beach/pool of Saint Jorioz, within walking distance!

A great place with at fantastic view! A perfect location for a holiday, all in our family loved the place. The house was clean, comfortable, private and with a nice pool. Vincent was very helpful, and we will highly recomment his place.

A wonderful house with a homely atmosphere, rich in amenities and equipment and good spacious rooms. charming dining area on a lovely terrace in the garden, all surrounded by lush nature on all sides and the lake a stone's throw away. There is great calm around the house. The area offers plenty of opportunities for entertainment and activities. The host is very welcoming and helpful. We would very much like to return.

Imagine the perfect vacation home by a lake: A place that immediately provides a feeling of well-being – furnished with love, a touch of Mediterranean lightness and warm details that speak of hospitality. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, ranging from small moments of luxury to everything a family may need. Our children had countless opportunities to play in the garden and by the water - boredom did not exist here. In the evening, sitting on the terrace, watching the sun set over the lake while a discreet laugh echoes somewhere - we have rarely breathed as deeply as here. This was our best holiday. A place you want to come back to.

We've spent a great vacation in St. Jorioz at the lake - it really is a treasure. The cottage is situated right by the lake and offers great views of the mountains, the lake, and the paragliders flying over it. We've had our bikes with us and hardly used the car to get all around the lake. The Boulangerie du Lac is just a few minutes away and offers great french pastries for breakfast and sandwiches to take on trips, various rental places for sailboates and paddle boards at reasonable prices are also near by.
