Beautiful stay with breathtaking views. You will stay in the lower part of the cottage (the upper part is reserved for the owner), so the accommodation may seem a little dark. The cottage is well-equipped, and very quiet. The mountain views are splendid. Thank you for this trip!

Impeccable and very functional accommodation, as described! 15 min walk from the lake, via a nice little bike path. Air-conditioned bedroom, very useful in hot weather. Comfortable bedding. Very nice and very well maintained outdoor spa/sauna/terrace area, accessible from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and accessible by a courtyard shared by the hosts. Good pizzeria and bakery a few meters away, city center 15 min walk. Very friendly exchanges with the host and welcome.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

Hélène's accommodation is very well equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a caring and very available hostess. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay. The view is beautiful from the home's terrace. We came for a wedding and Jean Robert provided us with the necessary equipment to iron our clothes. Access via the key box is very convenient to arrive at any time. There are many possibilities for walks in the surroundings and the nearest shops are 5 minutes' drive away. The place is very relaxing. I recommend it for a total change of scenery.

Excellent stay at Gilles and Johanna's! Peaceful, quiet environment, in the heart of nature, perfect for us anyway. The accommodation was clean, equipped as it should be, nothing to complain about :). The garden is beautiful and very pleasant with our dog. Great stay, very welcoming host and a quiet environment. The place is poorly indicated on the GPS but thanks to the guide we received from the hosts, we were able to find the location easily. The place is functional and you feel good there!

Nathalie's accommodation is beautifully located in the mountains with a fantastic panorama. The view from the dining table is truly unique, it is a pleasure to see the sun rise in the morning. Truly a magical place. The cottage lacks nothing, even tea, coffee, oil, etc. are available. Thank you for the nice time and the good directions (if you stick to them, you can't really miss it).

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the Annecy animation festival. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location easy to find (20 min from the city center), quiet and beautiful. We went as a group of 4 to spend a moment of change of scenery at Sebastien's & we had enough space for all of us in the chalet. The accommodation is pleasant, the street is peaceful & there are quite a few activities nearby. Sebastien is welcoming, friendly & makes good apple pies for the arrival of the guests! We had a pleasant stay at Emmanuelle's. Our dog Paco and we were delighted to stay at the chalet. Spaces are large and clean. The garden is enclosed and private, which makes it a major asset. We had our independence, all 15 minutes from the center of Annecy. Thank you very much!

We had a great, short stay and it was fantastic. The villa is beautiful, we loved having the pool to cool off in after a days riding. The villa is a short walk from the old town of Annecy with its wonderful bars and restaurants. It's also very convenient for the lake. Our hosts Aimé and Faïza were very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend their place as a base for exploring Annecy and the surrounding region. I'll be back with my family at some point.
