Perrine's apartment was delightful. The views are spectacular and the place was very well equipped and exactly as described. The location is beautiful, extremely quiet and peaceful. About a 35 mins walk to the Imperial Palais but a lovely walk down the hill and along the lake. Perrine was kind, responsive and very accommodating - Highly recommend!

Fenestraz apartment is perhaps the most beautiful and atmospheric apartment we have ever stayed in - and we have stayed in very many throughout Europe. It is as stunning as the photos, but welcoming rather than intimidating. We stayed home for one very rainy day and felt as though we were really taking advantage of all this large, lovely apartment has to offer. It is central, everything is within walking distance. The parking spot is only a short walk away. The small lift was very welcome after long days exploring. The Appartements D’Exception staff are indeed exceptional. Great communication and a personal, friendly welcome. It is a rare opportunity to stay in such a unique home. We highly recommend it.

The place is very peaceful and comfortable, it's really nice after a very hectic day with the crowd to settle in a beautiful environment with a magnificent view. The small residential neighborhood is perfect and safe, close to excellent local shops, bakery, butcher's/deli and several grocery stores within walking distance. Thanks to Michel for his availability and hospitality.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Annecy. Near Monoprix, Pathe cinema and very close to the old town.

The air bnb was great! Super clean, very spacious and great location. Just something to keep in mind in case you have trouble walking/ physical ailments -- you need to climb up and down a very steep hill to get into town. It can be tiring especially in the heat. Other than that, the space itself was lovely! The host also answered super quickly. Great experience overall.

Very well located and impeccable accommodation. The host is dynamic and responsive by message! Small touches like bottles of water, coffee and tea are very much appreciated. Only small downside, a noise can be heard in the room.

Fabulous stay in Celines lovely apartment. I would definitely recommend a stay at beautiful Lake Annecy. Lovely apartment just 7 mins walk from the bus station and a similar time the other direction to the lake front. Perfect.

The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and as described. The directions to find the key are good and it is close to the accommodation. The apartment is a few steps from the lake and not far from the historic center! Owners were responsive, helpful, and enjoyable. In addition, they provide great ideas for things to do during the stay. Good experience, thanks for everything:)

We were so happy in this place, it just had a really nice vibe, very quaint, spacious and with character. Very close to the lake and bike path lots of nice things nearby and the cherry on the cake was the loan of some bikes that made getting to the centre and getting around really quick and easy. The place came well stocked with a dishwasher and coffee and everything, and the host was very friendly and kind and helpful. I would come back for sure 👌

Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was spotless, well-equipped and as described. It's a peaceful location with magnificent views of the mountains. We appreciated Jean-Michel's interest in us and his quick responses. Staying with Jean-Michel was a pleasure. We would recommend it.

We rented the house for a week during the summer holidays. We are a family of 7 adults and a toddler. The house was a good fit for our family. Lovely with enclosed garden and patio. When we weren't hiking in the incredibly beautiful surroundings of Annecy and lake, we spent a lot of time in the garden. Huge awning made it possible to eat, play games, and be together from early morning to late night. Lovely with movable table tennis table. There were bat for a lot of players. The upper floor was bright with lovely and large rooms. However, a very small bathroom. The stairs are very narrow and not for people with disabilities and small children. Not a problem for us. The room and bathroom on the ground floor were big and nice. Great beds in all rooms. There was everything we needed in the kitchen. The house was personal and homely without too many decorations and nibs. Fun little detail. "Scooter" and "scooter" are two very different things in Denmark 🛵🛴😄 Free buses to the city center and lake. But also a lot of Pages. Lovely warm lake.🥰 Recommended👍😊

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Everything was perfect. Stunning apartment, spacious, clean, equipped, peaceful, incredible views. Close to the centre but far enough to get good exercise in daily. We stayed in this apartment for two nights and were completely satisfied. The accommodation had a perfect location – everything was quickly accessible and yet quietly located. The amenities left nothing to be desired: toaster, kettle, microwave, plenty of towels - everything you need was really there. We particularly liked the generous space in the apartment and the uncomplicated and fast check-in. Another highlight was the free parking right on site - super convenient! Everything went absolutely smoothly and we felt very comfortable. A small minus point: There were a few spiders behind the heater and on the ceiling – otherwise the accommodation was very clean and well maintained. We would definitely visit again!
