Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Annecy-le-Vieux

Beautiful and clean accommodation in a building that doesn't look like much. Very well equipped kitchen. Small sunny balcony. About 15 minutes' walk from the port and nice restaurants. And above all, parking space. Good windows that hide the noise of traffic well. We really enjoyed it.

We had an amazing stay at an amazing location! Something about the water system broke for one night so we didn’t have warm water but the communication was perfect, we were offered to take a hot shower at the owners place and we got reimbursed for one night without even asking for it. Everything else was perfect and we can recommend it for sure!

Very good stay in Marjorie's apartment. The place is cozy and the view is stunning! Mount Saxonnex is really beautiful, and there are many hikes nearby.

The only negative point is the fact that there is no private parking, you have to find a place in the parking lots near the accommodation. The rest was impeccable.

Overnight stay with our 4 daughters aged 8 to 17, during the leisurely bike ride around the lake! Excellent communication, Yann always responded quickly to my messages, he lives on site so he is responsive. Our bikes were safe at night. New one-year accommodation, under the roof of a carefully renovated barn, in an original way with 2 mezzanine-huts, a net, a video projector and a kitchen made with old buffets. Enjoyed the fan and the 3 velux because it was very hot!!! There is a lack of ventilation in the bathroom and a small emergency kit for cooking such as oil, salt, sugar... Very good bedding. Beds and sofa bed made on arrival. Numerous towels. Limited in dish towels (1 only) but we did not cook so we did not need more. Not very clean floor. Steep staircase to the accommodation, be careful if you have small children or if you have mobility difficulties. Garden under renovation. A good time with the family, m

The view from the apartment is beautiful. The apartment is spacious and and is a great place to relax when you aren't outside. one thing to note is to keep the host updated on your arrival time as you are met at the barrier to parking area. saves having them stand around for ages. Great place

Martin was super friendly and took the time to walk us through the place, which we really appreciated. The apartment is beautiful and has an awesome sound system. It’s in a great spot — an easy walk to the old town and close to the train station. There are shutters on the windows and fans in the rooms, which really helped with the heat. Great stay overall!

We ended up really enjoying our stay. We didn’t end up sleeping in the master bedroom at the top of the house because it was too hot, but the house was very well stocked and conveniently located with parking for a couple cars. The bus stops providing free access to Annecy and wonderful lake side “beaches” were right outside, which was great.

Wow! What an incredible house!! The decor and design are simply stunning with a fantastic layout for our family of 5. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone and the kitchen was very well equipped. We very much enjoyed using the pool and the hot tub and eating breakfast outside on the fabulous outdoor dining table. Clementine was lovely and very accommodating with our check in and out times. The surrounding area is beautiful and the lake is only a short stroll from the house. We must recommend the Terracotta restaurant there. The food was incredible and the service was superb. There are several supermarkets and amazing bakeries nearby for all of your supplies. We visited Annecey most days as our daughter was there for the annual animation festival. It was only approximately a 15 minute drive away and was absolutely beautiful with lots of great restaurants. We highly recommend Wood Loft and would love to stay there again.

Very good welcome, attentive, very nice view from the accommodation, biker hosts. The motorcycles were able to be sheltered.

Flexible check-in, the host responded quickly. We asked for a travel cot that was installed upon our late arrival. Nice functional and welcoming cottage. Linens and towels provided. Go for it, value for money 👍👍👍👍

Very nice stay in a beautiful house. A little far from the lake (car or bus needed anyway) but quiet and allows quick access to the Gorges du fier for example or to beautiful short hikes. Everything is true to the description, the garden is lovely. It didn't get hot in August but the A/C in the upper room is a plus if it had been the case. Easy communication with Julie, clean, spacious and functional accommodation.

We spent a few days in Nat's house, with the family and we all loved it; the accommodation is very beautiful, very spacious, very well equipped, nothing was missing, everything was very clean and the view of the lake was simply beautiful, very exotic and relaxing, the walks in the surroundings pleasant and many, the shops within walking distance (bakery, pharmacy, U tile...) Nat was always very responsive and good advice we go back with pleasure and highly recommend it

Recently renovated house with taste. All the comforts we needed were there for our family of 5. Very well located rental 10 min max from the Grand Bornand ski slopes Lou Ann is a very kind host who was quick to answer our questions!

We had a great time in this charming apartment with amazing views of the slopes . Once parked at the foot of the chalet , it's all about walking . The rifroids track is in the immediate vicinity to reach the ski lifts ... The owner was very nice and available ... I recommend this rental without hesitating?!

Perfect apartment for our weekend ski break. The apartment was central and on a main Street but even on Saturday night it wasn’t noisy. Everything you can think of in terms of equipment if you wanted to do catering - all high quality, easy to work (hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, two types of coffee maker and lots of gadgets to have fondue etc that I didn’t use). Loads of crockery, cutlery, utensils, sharp knives (rare in rentals I find!), as well as washing machine, tumble dryer, decent hair dryer, lots of socket converters for UK visitors. All the amenities you could want. The owner was responsive, helpful and accommodated our late arrival. They have a good relationship with Fun Ski shop beneath the apartment where we could collect a spare key, leave deposit etc. Well located for ski hire and were really helpful with local advice. The apartment is central and is 7 mins walk from the apartment and other lifts are 10 mins down the hill and there is a free bus.

This spot is in the heart of town, so in great proximity to restaurants, markets and the local park, but it's oriented towards a side street so also peaceful and quiet. It's furnished fairly simply, but clean and well designed. We really appreciated how functional and well provisioned the kitchen was despite its diminutive size since we stayed for five days and prefer to cook most of our own meals. The town itself was very pleasant, but doesn't have a great connection to the lake, and there are some gorgeous mountains in the surrounding areas, but access via public transportation wasn't really on offer at least during our visit, so probably best suited to folks traveling with a car to really make the most of the area. Carla and her son Guy were responsive and flexible, and we'd be delighted to stay at their spot again if we find ourselves back in the area.
