Renovated entirely by an architect, enjoy the charm of wood and stone while having beautiful bright spaces and dedicated spaces: 2 bedrooms + bathroom, a large living room and a kitchen...which overlooks the quiet terrace! Enough to relax and enjoy our Venice of the Alps as a lover or family!

Great loft for 4 days with the family in this beautiful area! The decoration is neat, it's clean, everything is well-equipped. On the terrace, a superb view of Lake Bourget. No problem with the neighbors, secure parking space. Very convenient, the bakery is 10 meters away! Regarding the hosts, they are very nice, available and responsive! Thank you for everything!

The cottage is spacious and very well designed. The "plus" is the living room offering a beautiful view of the valley and mountains. It can easily accommodate 8 guests. We had a lovely stay, the apartment is spacious , good location ( close to the train station 4-5 min, shops and not far from the lake) Philippe sent us all the useful information in advance. The interior matches the description and photos published on the site, the kitchen is sufficiently equipped (dishes, cutlery included) I would recommend the place without hesitation

Juliette's house is wonderful. We felt very much at home. It is the true spirit of Airbnb with a private home being rented out when you dont use it. Ful of personality and charm. A short walk to the lake and close to Annecy town. I can absolutely recommend Juliette's home to everybody.

Very good stay at Marie-Pierre's, as described in the listing, the loft is very well equipped, and very clean. The hosting process is well detailed, and Marie-Pierre turns out to be fully available to answer any questions. The presence of the parking is also appreciated. Note: As mentioned, one of the two bedrooms is cooler than the other, but it's not necessarily a problem if we let the stove turn a little more.

We had a wonderful stay at Michel’s charming loft, expertly overseen by his friendly assistant Sylvie. The apartment is spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and perfectly located - just a 7-minute stroll to both the train and bus stations, and about 10 minutes to glittering Lake Annecy. Nestled right on the edge of the old town, it was the ideal base for exploring the markets, cafés, and canals. Michel and Sylvie were warm, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a cozy, central spot in Annecy!
