Angeline est accueillante et sympathique, nous avons eu de très bons échanges, avec des recommandations sur les activités et restaurants à proximité. Sa maison est conforme à la description, propre et fonctionnelle. Située dans un environnement calme et paisible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement à l’occasion d’un EVJF, et tout était parfait ! L’endroit est agréable, propre, bien situé, et idéal pour passer un moment convivial. L’hôte a été super, très réactive et accueillante. Nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés et avons déjà envie d’y revenir. Merci encore pour tout !

Lovely, spacious property and nicely decorated. Really enjoyed the views from the terrace in the morning and evening and outside space. Really liked the location for easy access to restaurants and walks, shops for food and drink and to beaches on the lake. Very responsive host and great communication. Would recommend.

Logement parfait pour passer un séjour au calme. Lieu apaisant et permettant d’occuper les enfants sans soucis. Beaucoup d’équipements qui facilite le confort et les loisirs (vélos pour les enfants, jeux extérieurs…) La maison est également parfaitement équipée pour les adultes avec tous les petits détails qui améliorent un séjour (sacs poubelles, dosettes café, thé, produits ménagers, produits salle de bain…) enfin rien ne manque. Bibliothèque complète avec beaucoup de livres très interessants…. Un séjour vraiment parfait.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Très belle maison avec une vue à couper le souffle. Accessibilité facile au lac, beaucoup de couchages et maison bien équipée. Quentin a été très flexible tout au long du séjour, c’était agréable!

L’environnement est très calme et très reposant. La maison est accueillante et familiale. Jean-Christophe a été très disponible, à l’écoute et chaleureux. Merci pour tout. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Marie-Laure. La maison est située au calme à proximité du lac. Elle est très spacieuse et bien équipée. Nous y avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter du jardin et de la terrasse. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We had the fortune to stay the entire month of July and it was the vacation of a lifetime. Location is perfect with lots of things to do around the lake(biking,swimming,hiking,local food markets) and loads of fun day trips (Chamonix,Chambéry,Sixt-fer-a-cheval, Geneve, Lyon ). The house is well equipped for families, very comfortable, and the views are breathtaking . We enjoyed many evenings on the deck with a nice breeze, just admiring the gorgeous views of lake and mountains. Michel was easy to communicate with and very responsive to all inquiries. Highly recommend for a special family holiday

We had a wonderful stay here. The house was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. The 2 A/C bedrooms made for very comfortable sleeping, helped by very effective shutters and a very peaceful area. The pool was a lovely way to cool off and relax in a very private and peaceful garden. The location is amazing with a very short walk to 2 bakeries, 1 butcher, a local min-market, a local grocer and a tabac, as well as several very nice local restaurants. The lake is less than 5 minutes down a shaded road and is spectacular - we went every day and loved the water and the grassy shores which offered loads of shade. Virginie and her husband were a delight - they were hugely welcoming and accommodating, they were very prompt at replying to messages and made us feel absolutely at home. We'd visit again anytime. A brilliant holiday.

La maison est bien équipée, emplacement parfait avec le lac à quelques minutes à pied. Vue imprenable sur les montagnes depuis la piscine !

This is one of the nicest Air BnBs we have ever stayed in. The location was stunning, with a glorious view of the mountains from the garden. The house was spacious and the pool large and very well maintained. At the same time, the location was great - it was just a couple of minutes walk from the lake, the cycle track and some very good local restaurants. The neighbourhood felt very safe and we were comfortable walking there at night. Sibel and her family are also incredible hosts - they have a real generosity of spirit which shines through. My hire car broke down as I was leaving and, as I had to go to the airport, they kindly waited with the car whilst the hire car company's breakdown service came to collect it. They even offered to drive me to the airport! I have recommended this place to several of my friends - it's perfect for families and friends.

Ce logement était parfait. Nous étions là pour 3 nuits et 3 jours. Tout correspondait à l’annonce. De plus Maria est une super hôte, attentive à nos besoins et très réactive. Je recommande vivement ce logement et ces hôtes, ils font tout pour permettre à leurs voyageurs d’arriver dans les meilleurs conditions.

Merveilleux séjour dans ce logement confortable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût .. mes amies et moi étions très heureuses de ces retours de pistes au coin du feu et de cette ambiance chaleureuse comme à la maison .. une note particulière pour Tom qui coche toutes les cases de la gentillesse, de la disponibilité à l’efficacité .. merci à lui pour son aide précieuse 😊🌺👏

Le logement est très fonctionnel et propre. La piscine est un réel plus ! Sophie est une hôte accueillante et soucieuse du bien être de ses voyageurs! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans le logement.

Wir haben eine knappe Woche in dem wunderschönen Chalet verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr schön, ruhig und hat einen tollen Ausblick. Die Villa ist gemütlich, einladend und gepflegt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht.

We had a great family holiday at this amazing house. It is well located for exploring Annecy, the surrounding area, and the lake. The pool and hot tub are excellent and the view of Lake Annecy was perfect. It is very well equipped with all essentials and Lucien the cat is very friendly :) We highly recommend this house!
