The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located in Bourneau (south Vendée) near the forest of Mervent / Vouvant, only 10 minutes from the motorway. The wooden cabin sleeps up to 4 people; there are 2 double beds one of which is a bunk bed. It is situated in over 8 acres of fields with 3 fishing lakes where the donkeys and sheep roam free. The panoramic roof terrace will allow you to enjoy the idyllic setting. English really spoken. This former mill (mid-19th century), carefully renovated, at the gates of the Marais Poitevin, is classified "4 stars furnished de Tourisme". On 3 levels, this mill respects the traditional local architecture and the nature that surrounds it. The mill has kept its narrow and original miller's staircase.
