We are delighted with our stay in Prémeno, which is a very pleasant village. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and we were able to enjoy the balcony. We sympathized with Donatella, she is an available and very warm person that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage.

3 couples of seniors, we had a great time at Sylvia's house. The very recently renovated accommodation is of high quality, the 3 bedrooms are spacious, nicely decorated and very comfortable . The kitchen is large and well equipped. We enjoyed the sheltered terrace under an awning. The location of the house, quiet, and a 20mn walk to the city center with free parking nearby is very appreciated. Contact with Sylvia is easy and very warm, she gave us good tips for visits and is very available if needed. Thank you also for the nice ones waiting upon arrival: bouquet of flowers , cupcakes, water and wine in the refrigerator. A very pleasant stay with a great value for money.

Definitely 10 out of 10 stars. Federico and Annalisa are wonderful hosts, incredibly hospitable and helpful in every way. The apartment has a wow effect. Beautiful, very stylish and furnished with great attention to detail. We felt right at home. Everything was thought of and there was nothing missing. It is super centrally located and many restaurants and the lake are within walking distance in a few minutes. We were totally thrilled and can only recommend the apartment. It is a gift to be able to live here and we will definitely come back. Thank you very much Federico and Annalisa for letting us be with you.
