Our beautiful basement apartment lets you dive directly into the world of the mountains and forests of Bavaria. The apartment has a modern kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. In addition, a private bathroom with toilet and shower is part of the apartment. In the cozy sleeping and living area you will find a soft bed, as well as a comfortable sofa bed (inn one room). We are located only 500m from the S-Bahn station Eglharting. We are looking forward to welcoming you!

Close to the Munich Trade Fair (15 min): A healthy, solid wood house, high-quality, generously cut, with a few, high-quality materials clearly and minimalistically furnished. Are you looking for something in the Alps? A mountain hut? Or in Munich? A loft? We are right in between: Quickly in the city and yet quickly in the mountains. The house and shower water is heated with wood, you have to heat it yourself. The location of the house is NOT SUITABLE FOR A VISIT TO THE OKTOBERFEST!

Charming apartment in the east of Munich

Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

House with charm and plenty of space for max. 5 people

Quick arrival to OKTOBERFEST by bus and train. About 45 minutes to the Wies'n! Use the Deutschlandticket free of charge or secure cheap day tickets. More information can be found in the MVGO app. Direct motorway connection to Messe München, near the thermal spa Erding! The entire house has a maximum of 5 bedrooms (depending on the number of people booked), a Brozeit kitchen and a bathroom. Attention! Unbooked rooms (beds) are locked.
