Kind and helpful hostess. Apartment with excellent location, completely renovated and very well equipped. Free parking, however, at a distance of approximately 150 meters from the building, since there are no parking spaces for the apartments, only for loading and unloading. At check-out time it was raining and we had to get the car in the rain and likewise, store the luggage in the car in the rain. Apart from the parking problem, the rest is perfect!

Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. It had been a long time since I was going to Guarujá, it was my husband my children and my nephews, the beach is very close we do not need to use the car for nothing at night we went downtown on foot. The building is very quiet and the porters are very polite, it was a very quiet stay, I highly recommend and I will definitely be back. To close Vânia is very attentive and answered my questions quickly.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

Great place for trips with family or friends! Good location, wide balcony and in front of the waterfront, just cross the street! Well equipped kitchen, airy, large rooms, excellent option to spend days in Guarujá! I went with children and adults and I only have good points! The host responds whenever necessary during the stay!
