Cercis - La Palmierina

JenniferRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had an absolutely amazing time at Daniela’s place - it was clean, had stunning views and was quick access to Pisa, Florence & Siena. Beautiful pool and lovely terrace with amazing views and sunsets. The kitchen also had everything we needed, including local olive oil and pasta & local wine as a welcoming gift. Daniela went above and beyond providing us with lilos and a pump for the pool too. Overall, 10/10 stay!

Vineyards Paradise

KristineRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Our stay at Piero’s home was the highlight of our family’s three week Italy trip! It is one of the most beautiful homes we have stayed at and the spectacular vineyards, gardens, and pool really added something special. We plan to definitely return/stay again! Thank you Piero for sharing your special home!

The rest is to be seen... to live!

LeslieRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

Alma Vignoni - Vignoni Val d'Orcia - Bagno Vignoni

RobynRating, 5 starstoday
We felt like kings of the castle in Stefano and Sylvias’s place. Top of a hill with expansive views and always such a beautiful breeze. San Quirico was lovely as was Bagno Vignoni at the bottom of our hill. We could see the twinkling lights of Pienza and Montepulciano both of which were an easy drive away. Generosity in the way the villa was presented and our hosts’ welcome, with many wonderful local suggestions. Would highly recommend.

The Loggia of San Giovenale

JenniferRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This is, hands down, the BEST place to stay in Orvieto. The view is the best spot in the entire town- no joke. We walked the entire town and not one single view is better. Tourists and locals would walk down to this private area to catch the sunset or marvel at the vineyard views. We knew they were jealous as they saw us open the door right there and go inside. You will also not find a more helpful and gracious host. The streets in Orvieto are VERY NARROW and difficult to navigate but Elisabetta rode eith us in our car to help us park. We had intended on using this as a base for driving around the area but we loved it so much, we left the car parked and just walked the town for two days. Book this now! You will not regret it. It is far better than the photos that don’t do it justice.

Home in the garden, Umbria style

Rina and her family could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We stayed for a wedding which was at the castello di montignano and when we had an issue with the transport on one of the days they kindly offered to take us. There is lots of space and the scenery is out of this world. Massa mattana is approx a 30 minute walk. If wanting to explore further afield a car is needed although there are bikes available too. If heading for the castello you will need transport in advance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to return in the future.

The Compass Rose

We have just had an amazing stay at Carolina's beautiful house!! Carolina is an exceptional host, very welcoming, informative and helpful. She went above and beyond. The views were stunning from the Terrace, we loved sitting out in the evening and drinking Carolina's family made red wine. She even supplied us with fresh zucchini, onions and basil from her garden. Praiano also comes highly recommended. This area is so special. Thank you so much Carolina!!! We didn't want to leave.

Giglio Blu Charming Loft

JasonRating, 5 stars5 days ago
We had a wonderful stay here for our honeymoon. The town of Carmignano is a great place to get away from the bustle of the city. Great spots to eat. The unit itself is one of the most unique places I have ever stayed! If taking the bus, please note that the 210 route does not go direct to Carmignano every time, and you will have to make transfers. Just look up the bus schedules online and they can tell you where to transfer.

Stunning Tuscan apartment in 14 Century Palazzo

SharonRating, 5 stars1 day ago
A truly magical and unique stay in a castle apartment. After 24 days exploring the beauty of Italy, our arrival at Simone's third floor apartment in the village was breathtaking. This truly magnificent setting, nestled within a castle, immediately enveloped us in a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The apartment itself is not only beautifully appointed and meticulously cared for, but also boasts spectacular views across the mountain range that invited us to sit for hours, simply unwinding and soaking in the tranquility. While we ventured down the mountain a few times, we found ourselves drawn to the gentle rhythm of morning and evening walks, always culminating in a visit to the piazza to once again marvel at the stunning views Simone, our host, is simply the most considerate and attentive host I have encountered in 15 years of travel. His dedication ensured our stay was nothing short of exceptional. Grazie mille, Simone, for sharing this incredible piece of paradise with us. We depart

[Rooftop - Old Town] Terrazza Sedil Capuano

JulieRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We have just had a lovely week at Rosa place. Rosa has been so helpful with tips and recommendations. Her apartment is very central in the old town and getting about was easy . The apartment was lovely, once you had got up the 80 steps but a jacuzzi bath to soak tired bones and feet made it worth while.🤩. There are plenty of lovely eating place close by and you are not too far from the airport. Rosas place us an excellent place to stay in Naples

Paolo was the best - super helpful and informative! We went to two of his dinner recommendations and both were fantastic - Il Pinturrichio and Osteria del Buchetto. We loved the place and enjoyed a couple evenings on the terrace. We didn’t have enough time there and I look forward to coming back!

This home is a fantastic stay in Amalfi. The hosts were very accommodating and friendly. I would absolutely stay at here again. The view is beautiful from the balcony. I would recommend you take advantage of local luggage service to have your luggage delivered to the doorstep, it’s worth the money.

Romantic Tower's dating 1200

BriannaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
What an incredible location!!! Monticchiello is the most quaint and picturesque town nestled in the heart of Tuscany. Walking up to the accommodations feels like a fairy tale - the view of the Val D’Orcia and the medieval tower you walk into, but you are then transported into the most relaxing little apartment. The amenities are wonderful - the attention to detail was not lost on us. We stayed here right after our wedding and it was exactly what we needed. Also, Deb’s Lounge was such a nice place to get breakfast (included!) and we enjoyed some fresh pici pasta for dinner our first night. Would 100% come back!!

The Enchantment of Civita (The Terrace)

LauraRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Words and photos cannot adequately describe the beauty and tranquility of this place. It’s name translated - ā€˜Enchantment’ says it best. It is my new favorite spot in the entire world. I smiled the whole time I was here. Chiara is a wonderful host and an excellent communicator. If you are solo and worried about your mobility to walk across the bridge- ask about hitching a ride with your luggage on the ATV for a price. Prior to coming Chiara asks if you would like groceries delivered- take her up on it. There are no stores for groceries in the small town and most restaurants closed at 5pm. One restaurant had muffins and pastries for breakfast. Chiara does have a well stocked wine cellar that has reasonable prices. She had also asked prior to my arrival if I’d like to book a massage- don’t wait until you are there, you must book ahead as the service quickly books up. Incanto di Civita was an incredible experience, and Chiara was a wonderful host. I hope to one day return. ā¤ļø

Casa_Dama Color & chic apartment

NingRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Giuliano and Federica were so flexible, understanding and responsible for us during our initial check in. My wife and I had the unfortunate Roman experience of having our rental car broken into when we parked for lunch, we had to delay our check-in due to having to deal with the rental company and filing a police report. Federica and Giuliano were able to stay for an additional 4 hours for us to welcome us into their wonderful B&B. The location is phenomenal being directly on top of Campo di Fiore, my wife and I were able to walk to everything between the Vatican to the Colosseo, and having access to the most amazing dining experiences Rome had to offer. I would love to come back and stay here next time we're back. Grazie Millie.

Suite Marzia Colosseo

VictoriaRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Charming 2nd floor apartment in fantastically convenient location, eg., just a few minutes walk to the Colosseum. The space is cleverly arranged within what was clearly once an elegant old apartment - 3 separate, secure and private quarters with a small shared vestibule /utility. Very simply but tastefully modernised to a high standard - esp shower room & bedroom. We were very thankful to find that it did in fact have an AC unit in the bedroom (vital between May & Sept). Access to the apartment was clear & simple. The apartment exceeded our expectations & we would most definitely recommend it for two/couple of any age (esp older or less mobile as there is an old-style lift, which is useful after a long hot day walking all over Rome) who like to go out to eat. Whilst the ā€œkitchenā€ has all the essentials, it’s really a large free-standing unit with an integral fridge and 2 stove electric hob, so it’s not really kitted out for cooking. Overall, it was perfect for a long weekend.

Francesco’s place was a dream and we couldn’t be more appreciative of his warm hospitality. The vegetation is even more beautiful in person and the property is quiet and relaxing. I’ve rarely stayed in such a well stocked airbnb. Francesco even came to help us get our car out of a narrow street. *Don’t follow google map directions to get to the house if you’re in anything bigger than a smart car

Lovely home in the center of Rome, Fabrizia.

OliviaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had a wonderful stay at Fabrizia and Antonio’s apartment. We were very comfortable there. They made check in very easy and provided clear directions with photos for how to get to the apartment. The apartment was also well equipped with everything we needed from snacks/water to power converters. They also provided great food recommendations in the neighborhood. We tried 3 local places they recommended and had wonderful experiences. The neighborhood felt safe and it was very convenient to the metro. We would stay again if we return to Rome! Thanks for a great experience!

Claudia’s apartment is right in the heart of the action on a bustling street. Still easy to sleep like a baby (new windows, good sound protection). The unit is comfortable, clean, beautiful. Not huge in size, but great for a few nights. Bed was very comfy. Nice pillows 🫶
