Built in 1901, the bungalow still maintains much of its historic charm, though it is newly renovated and stylishly furnished for the utmost comfort and enjoyment during your stay. This home boasts 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and can sleep 8-10.

It is the perfect get-a-way for people looking to be outside by nature while having a beautiful living and working space. Located steps away from the Esopus Creek, peaceful sounds of rushing water can be heard in and out of the cabin. The cabin has a deck that overlooks the river, outdoor fire-pit w/ Adirondack chairs, a grill, picnic table & an indoor gas fireplace.

Enjoy your private lakefront cabin! Spend a day on the lake and take advantage of your private dock (dock is seasonal due to winter water levels being low) Bring your boat (trailer parking on property) or use our kayaks to paddle around the cove. After your lake day, retreat to this cozy bungalow on a wooded lot. Grill-out and enjoy the outdoor eating area, sit by the fire or chill on the deck overlooking the lake. Close to boat ramps and marinas who offer gas dock, boat rentals and restaurants.

The Porch Upstate Super clean

Halcottsville is a tiny hamlet In the heart of the Catskills .The porch is a compound with an old general store built in 1890 which is available for rent .We also have a restored barn , gardens and Apple orchard . The Bungalow is super private and still right on Main Street in Halcottsville. We will definitely will share our veggies and fruit with you . We have 3 sheep , 10 chickens and 5 barn cats .Halcottsville has its own post office ,voluntary fire department and a beautiful Lake.
