Holiday rentals with a pool in Appalachian Mountains

We were absolutely charmed by this stunning house, surrounded by breathtaking nature and offering incredible views—especially over the lake. Every corner is filled with character and warmth, making it feel like a true hidden gem. A huge thank-you to our wonderful host Sandy, who was incredibly thoughtful and proactive throughout our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We’ll be back without a doubt!

My girlfriend and I stayed in Jonathan’s home for our Valentine’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful and the views were amazing. Jonathan checked in on us to see if we had everything we needed and recommend local restaurants and places to visit he even gave us the time we should wake up to enjoy the sunrise which we did. All in all the trip was a 10/10 and we can’t wait to return!

Our group of 11 (4 adults, 7 kids) had a fabulous time! We loved the house decor and swimming pond! Such a treat and so much to explore!

We had a wonderful stay! The home was exactly as described—cozy, and in waking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and even left snacks for us when we arrived. The best part was the pool. Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! The place is gorgeous, clean peaceful and at close proximity to everything. The hosts were easy to reach out to and made sure our stay was everything we were hoping for. The pictures don’t even do justice to how adorable the place is. I highly recommend booking this place if you want to take full advantage of what Niagara-on-the-Lake has to offer! I was more than lucky to have found Natalie’s place, it’s in a great neighbourhood, place was exactly like the photos & as described, and the most amazing host I’ve ever encountered in this app. Natalie was always more than accommodating with my requests & responded on time. The condo was very beautiful and homey. We spent most of our stay indoors because it rained, and we enjoyed every second! Everything was as described and well taken care of. Basia and Bradley checked in on us throughout our stay and gave us plenty of recommendations. Looking forward to staying there again!

As soon as you walk in the door you see the amazing view of the ocean through the wall of glass doors onto the deck. The decor was very “beachy” and absolutely beautiful! Bathroom was clean and functional. Bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Just like home. Close access to the beach which we used 6 of the 7 days we were there. And right next to the pool! Extremely easy to find and to easy to access! Close to many restaurants! Book of instructions, favorite restaurants and things to do. Also a guest book that many who stayed there left great suggestions for food and fun. Our son and daughter in law stayed here in 2022 and recommended #501. We had a wonderful time. The Airbnb was exactly as the pictures that were listed, everything was completely stocked with things if we needed them. Jacquie was a great host, helpful & responded very quickly. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Anne was so wonderful to work with and her communication was excellent! Her place was not only beautiful, but it was the perfect location to both the beach and the pool! It had multiple private decks for our family to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The house was spotless and has been very well maintained; and as an extra bonus- it included ALL of the linens including plenty of extra bath towels and beach towels! We will definitely be back for many years to come!

First time in Atlanta and we are very happy we stayed here. Beautiful place to take in the city. We loved everything about it. My family will plan to return to this listing in our future visits to ATL. Thank you N for getting it right!

Very nice room. You will not find a better view than the one you will have right from the bed. Check in and check out was very easy. We have stayed in North Myrtle for the last 20+ years so this is the first time I have been to Myrtle since early 2000s and I was just surprised at what it has become. Other than that the room was so good.

I enjoyed my stay at this residence, especially looking at the Sound from the window and walking to the pier to take pictures of the nearby osprey nest. The place was clean and had what I needed so I could cook on most days. The condo is in a quiet complex, in a nice residential area. I liked that it was on the first floor so I didn’t have to lug my belongings up a bunch of stairs. The place is well set up for families, with a lot of beach toys and equipment in the garage. I would return again if I found myself coming back to OBX.

We had a wonderful stay at Peter's home. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable and a quick drive to Springs. Access to the private clearwater beach was a plus! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us.

We had a great stay! The house was spotless and very well maintained. Having three full bathrooms was incredibly convenient for our group, and the hot tub was a perfect. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Fabulous Airbnb host and house. The house was amazing. It’s located in a stunning area. The pool was amazing. There is ample seating options though out inside and outside. The amenities were well thought out. The garage contained many game options such as ping pong, darts, foosball, bags and many others. There was a refrigerator inside and a refrigerator outside. The inside of the house was very clean and set up nicely. Host was pleasant and very detailed in their responses and information given. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously and plan to return again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect

My husband and I have traveled a good bit both within the U.S. and internationally, and this has to be one of our favorite stays- if not our favorite! The gardens, cabana area with crawling vines over the hot tub, and the ‘she shed’ garden green house with comfortable seating were so lovely and cozy. I appreciate all of the attention to detail, both in aesthetics with the string lights in the evening throughout the gardens and the fresh cut flowers on our arrival, and in the extra bonuses like a bottle of wine, thorough guide book, and complimentary coffee + snacks. Plus, the bed was so soft (and the swinging day bed by the pool, we both fell asleep there accidentally as well lol). Such a special stay with fantastic history and attentive hosts. Would absolutely recommend!
