Zonder hordes toeristen. (Die zitten in Giethoorn Zuid) Hier heerst nog heerlijke rust en de schoonheid van het oude dorp Giethoorn. Helaas niet geschikt voor baby's/kinderen van 0 tot 8.

Beschut onder een houtwal kijkt u richting het Fochtelooërveen en de prachtige tuin. Gedurende de zomer kan het uitzicht belemmerd worden door de groei van mais of ander gewas. De blokhut bevat een slaap-, bad- en woonkamer en kan met een houtkachel verwarmd worden. U kunt zelf uw kopje koffie of thee zetten in de blokhut.
