Apartment - Golden Wine Village of Durbach

Bright, modern furnished apartment in a central location. The perfect base for trips to the Black Forest. Many hiking trails through the vineyards of Durbach. Offenburg with many shopping facilities is only a 5 minute drive away and can also be reached easily by public transport. Nearby is the winegrowers' cooperative Durbach as well as the heated outdoor pool with miniature golf course. Also the physical well-being is not neglected in Durbach with its numerous restaurants.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our apartment is on the first floor of our house. On approx. 90 square meters, we offer you a cozy 3-room apartment to feel good. It has 4-5 beds and invites you to relax. The apartment is located in a central yet very quiet street in the center of Appenweier. Appenweier is a municipality in the Ortenau district located between the Black Forest and Strasbourg. The transport connection is perfect for exploring many excursion destinations and attractions in the area.

Quiet granny apartment in Offenburg

The newly renovated spacious apartment is centrally located and a 5-minute walk to the train station. The city of Offenburg offers a nice pedestrian zone and surroundings worth seeing. Excursions to the Black Forest, Freiburg, Europa-Park or Alsace are available. Parking is available near the property in public parking lots (for a fee Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 7 pm). Bicycles and motorcycles can be safely accommodated.

Our cozy new basement apartment offers a spacious room with a bedroom, small couch, fully equipped kitchenette and dining area. The modern bathroom provides extra comfort. Outside, a private terrace with a small dining area awaits. A free, reserved parking space is available on the premises. Linens and towels are included in the price.

Our in-law is located in the middle of Urloffen. The apartment is located on the ground floor and was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2023. The access path and the terrace was redone in 2025. Bus stop, bakery, pharmacy and grocery stores are within walking distance.
