Our cozy vacation home is situated in one of the most beautiful campiellos of Grado, a premium location with only a few minutes’ walk to the beach and a supermarket, newsstand and a promenade with many restaurants and bars at a minutes distance. Our home is suitable for couples on a romantic getaway, a family on a well earned vacation, as well as backpacking travelers exploring our marvelous region. You will have the apartment all to yourself, but in case of need we are only a phone call away.

Located on the second floor of an historical building at the heart of the ancient neighbourhood of Cavana, close to the sea, Juliet is a sunny studio flat with an independent access, attached to our apartment. Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. Other features are wi-fi, air conditioning system and a small private balcony.

The Squirrel's House

La Casa dello Scoiattolo is located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Cervignano del Friuli, strategically located with respect to the main tourist destinations of the area (Aquileia, Grado, Gorizia European Capital of Culture 2025, Trieste, Udine, Collio), close to the train station, bus station and airport, as well as a short walk from the cycle path that connects Udine to Grado. The apartment has a separate entrance and is distributed on one level.

The strategic location of this accommodation allows the guest to travel by a means of their choice. It is a 5-minute walk to the FV and bus station, from where in 1h 15 min you will be in Venice and in 40 min in Trieste. There are excellent bike paths to reach the historic places of Aquileia-Grado and Palmanova, natural oases such as the Marano Lagoon and Cona Island. Sea, lakes, hills all nearby to visit in a day. The airport is 15 minutes by car.

History in the village of Villa Raspa

Spend your vacation in a cute apartment in a small country village. The name comes from the fountain just in the center of the village. You will enjoy the outdoors on the terrace and in the garden available. A few minutes walk from the old town of Aquileia, you can admire the mosaic floor of the majestic Basilica and walk along a real Roman street. Next to the Alpe Adria bike path that takes you to the island of Grado surrounded by the lagoon.

Rio Taglio is a charming mini apartment, completely renovated. It consists of a double bedroom and a double bedroom with two single beds, a living area with an equipped kitchen, sofa and sideboard, a bathroom with shower, and a terrace. There is the possibility to do laundry and hang it both on the terrace and in the common garden in the dedicated area. A closed, masonry garage is available to safely store bikes and motorcycles.
