One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Small oasis of tranquility, Campitello (TN)

Small but cozy apartment, located 50 meters from the Center of Campitello, is located near the cable car for summer hikes and winter skiing. It is in a quiet area but a few meters from shops, restaurants, playgrounds, walks and sports center. Parking in front of the apartment is free and private for guests. It is 28 sqm. 2 km from Canazei, 45 km from Bolzano, 100 km from Trento and about 40 km from Cavalese di Fiemme.

Apartment La Villa

The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails. The apartment, recently renovated, is on the first floor and the rooms enjoy a beautiful view of the Dolomites. This unique space is filled with family memories and works of art, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It is my refuge during the months I spend in Canazei, but now I have decided to share it with you to enrich it further with new experiences.

The apartment is located in a quiet position with panoramic view on the Dolomites mountains , ca. 500 m from the village centre of Arabba. Free Parking Place. We offer also the possibility to store your ski equipment at Ski Service Limitt, next to the cable car station Porta Vescovo.

Our apartment is in a panoramic position, in the heart of the Dolomites, a strategic point between Cortina and the Badia Valley, a few kilometers from the Civetta Ski Area and an excellent starting point for mountain excursions. Tourist tax € 1.50 per day per person

The apartment is strategically located. On summer, ideal departure for beautiful walks or bike rides on the famous Pordoi climb or mountain bike rides on the Sellaronda route. In winter a stone's throw from the Portavescovo facilities and the Giro del Sella slopes.
