One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

In summer, you will find hiking trails to take on foot, by mountain bike or with the help of cable cars with breathtaking views. In winter, the most beautiful slopes of the Dolomites will allow you, skis on your feet, to wander in the most renowned scenery in the world. In winter, 4-wheel drive cars or cars with chains are recommended

Cesa del Panigas - THE NEST

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
