Apartment holiday rentals in Arbatax

We had a wonderful stay at Marcantonio's, who is very friendly. The place was clean and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was of course the highlight and the view of the mountains from there was beautiful. It was quiet and away from all the hustle and bustle, as we had imagined. We got delicious wine and lots of useful tips. By car, we were able to reach various dream beaches and excursion destinations in a short time. Our next Sardinia vacation will be spent here again.

A lovely place to stay.

We were on site for nine days and can't complain. 🙂 We had a wonderful vacation and would have liked to stay longer. We recommend the place and would come back any time. Everything was as described, questions were answered quickly, there were tips for this and that (which we almost all did🤗) and help if you didn't know how something works. The highlight is and remains the view. A big thank you to Agnese's daughter Francesca, who was our contact person 🙂

Very nice, well-equipped small apartment in a very quiet neighborhood in a nice little town with charm and lively life, which also includes a very interesting mountain village. There was everything you need. The view from the balcony to the mountains was beautiful, you didn't see too much from the sea. Communication with Loredana was smooth and fast. Santa Maria Navarrese is an ideal starting point for companies and clearly preferable to other places in the area.

Amazing, unique place. Mountain scenery, beautiful animals, allotment for guests. The place was immaculate and incredible beaches are close by

The space is modern, clean, lovingly furnished and offers everything a vacationer's heart desires. The view from the terrace can't be put into words or pictures and is simply breathtaking. The street right outside the door is no problem at all, the two loungers invite you to sunbathe and linger. At the table you can enjoy the wine, breakfast and dinner with a view. We were warmly welcomed by Giovanni and his wife (in the middle of the night after the delay of our flight) and even supplied with water, a few small snacks and a beer because of the delay. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

We immediately fell in love with this place. The view from the home is unbelievably breathtaking. We got in very early and they allowed us to have early check in which was a tremendous relief and made our day so much more enjoyable having the extra time after getting settled. We were welcomed by the host who let us in and showed us around. We are so grateful for a wonderful and memorable experience in Cala Gonone!! ♥️

We felt comfortable from the beginning, the communication with Sylvianna was quick and very informative. She gave us tips on where to go for traditional food and where to find the best beaches. The beaches were at most a 15-minute drive away, be sure to take a boat tour to the famous bays, we highly recommend the accommodation

Renzo and his wife are absolutely wonderful hosts - incredibly kind, responsive, and full of wonderful recommendations - and the house is exactly as pictured, in a perfect location to explore S. Maria Navarrese and the rest of Ogliastra. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Alessandra's lovingly furnished apartment! The beach is really just a minute's walk away and beautiful (and empty). You can also easily do shopping on foot. The surroundings are fantastic and Alessandra gave us great tips for excursions with children. In the apartment there was everything you needed. We will be happy to come back.☺️☀️

Giovanni’s mama met us & showed us the apartment- even though we both didn’t speak the other’s language- she was very clear with her instructions. The roof top terrace was stunning & we ate breakfast there each day. Baunei is a stunning village with friendly people & beautiful buildings. I went to the museum & was given a personal tour. We drove to Pedra Longa & watched the rock climbers & met some local goats. All very Sardinian & we loved our stay.

We had 2 wonderful days at this place, which was not lonely, but still very quiet with a great view of the sea with sun in the morning in front and in the afternoon in the back in the small Garden. Great location on the mountainside. Communication with Christian and Fabrizia was super nice😊💕 and Christian's mom greeted us nicely in German! Very convenient and cozy. Would we definitely do again👍 Thank you for everything!

Federica was super helpful and always responded quickly. The vacation home was very clean, well equipped and you felt right at home. I can only recommend Casa Chicca. It was a 15-minute walk from a very nice, quiet and child-friendly beach. The pool was very clean and gave our child a lot of joy.

We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and incredibly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend drinking a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)

We really enjoyed the stay and they were quick to respond and respond to questions.

We were very warmly welcomed. The apartment was exorbitantly clean, which you rarely see. The grounds are especially great with a small child, because the child can play in the garden without running away. The beach, which is a few minutes' walk away, is also beautiful with a calm sea.

Our stay was really wonderful. The check-in & checkout was super easy. The apartment was in top condition, just like in the pictures. Very clean, stylish and lovingly furnished. The communication with Joseph, Daniela's son, was very friendly. He was extremely helpful and even asked us if something was missing or if we needed anything else in the apartment. He also gave us many valuable tips on activities in the area. We would come back anytime and can recommend the apartment to anyone. Thanks again

Beautiful house with many rooms equipped with private bathrooms that allow privacy. The common space if there are many is a bit sacrificed but for the rest it is worth it House also equipped with accessories that you don't expect and friendly and helpful Host. WE'LL BE BACK!!

The appartement was wonderful. It is more spacious than it looks on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view from the balcony is spectacular. Kitchen well equipped and bathroom also clean. We would definitely recommend staying at Alexandra’s place when visiting Baunei.

The absolute perfect stay for a beach vacation. The house is about a 5 minute walk to a really nice, not packed, beach. You can also walk into town in about 10 minutes with lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The home itself was gorgeous, great bathroom, wonderful kitchen, and lots of shades if you want to sleep in. The view from the living room was breathtaking. One of the best stays I have ever been to!
