Si trova in zona molto tranquilla, a 500 metri dalla spiaggia centrale di Santa Maria e dal porticciolo turistico. Delightful apartment 80 meters from the beach, on the first floor of a residential condominium surrounded by greenery. Equipped with a balcony with sea view and a short walk from the main services (cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants), the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people, but is particularly suitable for 3 people. Excellent base for excursions to the Supramonte of Baunei, the beautiful coves of the Gulf of Orosei and the best beaches of Ogliastra.
