Holiday rentals with beach access in Arbatax

From the minute we booked Fabio's place he has been a first class host. Always replied to questions and has been extremely helpful both before and during our stay, nothing was too much trouble for him. The property was pristine and it is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood just 2 minutes walk to the beach with a selection of bars and restaurants to eat and drink from. We cant reccommend this property highly enough and if motorcycling is your thing it is perfectly located to explore the amazing roads and scenery Sardinia has to offer. We felt very comfortable at Romina's. The apartment had everything we needed to feel comfortable. In the evening we liked to sit outside on the terrace, a few times we also cooked in the apartment and everything was available for it. Romina also welcomed us personally with cake very late in the evening and explained everything to us. We would come back any time and recommend the place.

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Very nice holiday apartment five minutes from the beach...the apartment is located in Santa Maria Naverse a beautiful place with many beaches in the area...I can highly recommend for families and also for motorcycle tours...thank you Mercedes

Marcello’s home is completely idyllic, we fell in love with the property, the surroundings and his farm animals! We had a totally relaxing and wonderful week’s stay. Marcello was brilliant, very responsive/clear, made lots of local recommendations, including his private picnic spot! Our stay couldn’t have been better, the kids loved it, we loved it. We hope to visit again!

This apartment was perfect. The neighborhood was so quiet and you are close to the coop, pharmacia and several restaurants. It was a perfect place to unwind and refresh.

Great flat for a small young family. Close to the beach and local shops. Absolutely loved the town and surroundings.

This was the perfect apartment for us. We have two boys aged 13 and 12 years and there was a good amount of space for us all. It is in a very peaceful residential area but close to everything. My husband and I loved sitting on the large balcony with a glass of wine, enjoying the stunning view of the sea and the mountains, with the beautiful scent from the honeysuckle blossoms below filling the air. There is a Spar supermarket just at the bottom of the hill to the left and lots of restaurants in town. Our favourite local beach - Palmasera - was a 5 min walk. It has soft tiny pebbles and lots of space. Cala Gonone was a great base for hiring a boat and exploring the Gulf D’Orosei. Do not hesitate to book here!

We had a great time and would go again. The cottage was a wonderful size for two, another bed would have to be pulled out in the living room/kitchen. At the end of April the weather was already very good and we were lucky that the pool was already open. There were few other vacationers in the surrounding houses and therefore it was nice and quiet. Since the houses are quite close to each other and the pool is close, I think it gets a little livelier and louder in the high season. The house is located on a mountain, you can walk well to the beach, but it is already very steep. I wouldn't push up a full stroller. Fiamma was always available, gave us a great excursion tip and responded immediately when we suddenly ran out of water. Thanks again ☺️

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

Dorgali, Sardania. What an amazing area of to visit having alot to offer. Having a wonderful host and place to stay made this even better. Alessandro's apparent is located just on the outskirts Dorgali giving you a full view and feel of the country side, but only minutes away to everything, by foot or car. The apartment was super clean, very well appointed and had all the required amenities for our week stay. Noting we could have stayed longer as we felt right at home. We can only qualify Alessandro as a superhost, very nice and personable. He took the time to meet with us, toured the premises inside and out to ensure we knew where everything was. Alessandro also gave us the low down on places to see, visit and great restaurants to go to. Thank you Alessandro it was a great vacation. Best Regards!!!

Franca is a really endearing and very attentive person. The apartment and the superb balcony overlooking the sea allow you to watch spectacular sunrises. The bougainvillea in bloom, the lemon trees overflowing with ripe fruit (from May), the song of countless varieties of birds, the turquoise sea, the fine sandy beach, the huge rocky massif in the background make this apartment a little gem. Although located in an extremely quiet location, at the end of a small road, the Zinnibiri Mannu site is close to excellent restaurants. The pace of life of the people of this region and their kindness is perhaps what is most remarkable and pleasant. It is not surprising that the village of Tertenia has so many centenarians: the Sardinians know how to appreciate life and take the time to live it. Long live Franca, Adriana, and Ariana. The lovingly furnished and perfectly equipped family house in the countryside with a beautiful view of the sea. The small roof terrace offers a 360-degree view and is an additional highlight. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is perfect for a quiet break. If you want to make excursions to distant beaches, you should plan additional travel times, as you first have to drive out of the bay over the mountains.

If you’re heading to Sardegna, I highly recommend Sergio’s place. It is in a great area right near the port, with a beautiful view, and access to everything by foot. Having coffee in the morning on the balcony watching everyone take their morning dip was a highlight of my stay. The restaurants recommended were delicious. The pistachio gelato downstairs was a tasty end to the night. We also enjoyed a boat excursion with the grotte. It was such a nice day hopping around to all the different beaches. Thank you for such a lovely stay! I hope to come back again!

We had a fantastic stay! Our host was exceptionally friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The flat was very nice—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and clearly well maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the beach, which made our stay even more enjoyable. For people who prefer cosy, not-too-touristy towns, just large enough to have a few restaurants and a supermarket, Santa Maria Navarrese is a terrific choice, and Claudia's apartment, located at the end of a quiet side street and a five minute walk from the town center, the perfect match. Great view from the spacious balcony, stylish furnishings, and a bedroom located in the back which stayed cool even in very warm weather. We never used the air conditioning. We made use of both the spectacular coastal walking trail and the beach, both within walking distance. Claudia was a super responsive host, allowing us to change both our check-in and check-out times. Very highly recommended!

Great apartment and location. The apartment was as advertised. The location was first rate. It was close to the marina, where I’d highly recommend renting a boat or taking a guided tour to hit all the beaches. The beaches are amazing and touring the caves and hidden beaches was amazing. There are many restaurants nearby, notably a place right around the corner offering to go boxes for your hike or boat tour. We went in May and there were other tourists, but SMN didn’t feel “touristy.” The townspeople were very kind and accommodating. In summary, I highly recommend this property and will likely book again.

New, modern apartment, good shower and comfy bed. Loved having the balcony and appreciated having a cool bag provided. Cala Gonone is a lovely spot to explore the coast. We also hiked to the canyon at Gorropu . Some earlier comments said that check in was tricky but Margarita gave us very clear instructions with photos which were easy to follow. Parking was easy near the apartment

The accommodation is very nice and well-kept. Very well equipped and perfect in all its spaces including the parking for the car. Very bright with a beautiful terrace that unfortunately, given the rain we could use little! Highly recommended

The two of us felt incredibly comfortable and at home in Eva's pretty, bright and tasteful accommodation. The furnishings are new, the equipment is very good (towels, pillows, blankets, dishes, glasses, etc.) and the terrace sensational. There was also a delicious welcome greeting that we were very happy about. We fully agree with the other 5-star reviews! Our highlight was the location of the apartment: enjoy the fantastic view of the sea (including sunrise) from the bedroom, living room or terrace and standing on the beach in just 12 minutes' walk, which was still fantastically deserted at the end of April. Shopping, breakfast and dining were also easy on foot. Valentina and Eva's numerous restaurant tips were very helpful. We tried various kinds of them every day. All great! The accessibility of Valentina was very good, and the contact uncomplicated and friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Vanna Daniela's accommodation is lovely! The beach is a few minutes' walk away, a shop is right next door. It's in a great location. The apartment is clean, pleasant, with very good bedding, and contains everything you need for a great stay. Above all, Vanna Daniela is a remarkable host, attentive to the people she receives. I highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful stay with an even better host. The apartment is centrally located within a 1 minute walk to the port where you’ll take your boat to all the beaches, 1 minute walk to the supermarket, and 0-3 minute walk to the restaurants depending on where you chose to dine. The apartment is exactly as shown, safe, clean, and again the hosts are a gem. Enjoy.
