Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighbouring Leuth form a state-recognised resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. A typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trail awaits you. In lovingly maintained nature conservation facilities, the landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired. Supermarket and bakery are in walking distance. Highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station is about 7 km. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our family home is your personal oasis of well-being for the period of your stay. Since the summer of 2001, we have welcomed our guests with pleasure, who include everyone from the family with children, to nature lovers and assembly workers, who are drawn to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. Facilities: 2 living rooms, kitchen-living room, bath/shower, cable TV, radio, Internet/W-LAN, microwave, bed linen and towels included, child-friendly, non-smoking apartment, lockable bicycle storage, garden use, barbecue, large free parking opposite the house; Families with children are as welcome guests as your pet. When you cross the street you are already on the banks of the Maas and you can walk or cycle into the nature reserve De Baend. The house is quietly located, behind the main house in the green garden with old trees. The garden is accessible through the French doors in the living room and you can use it freely. The house has its own entrance and is fully equipped.

Lisanne and Ron have built a beautiful holiday homes. At the front and rear is a fine terrace with a wide and beautiful view. The house is stylish and equipped with everything you could wish for. The bedrooms are spacious and equipped with excellent beds. A bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower make the bathroom very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

In one word, great! The location is unique and beautiful, you sleep in the middle of the forest. The cottage itself is beautifully refurbished, and is equipped with every comfort. One of the nicest places I've ever slept! And the 3-course dinner + breakfast were delicious! Thank you for the good care 🙏🏻

What an incredibly cool location and experience. Beautiful view. A really cool tree house with everything you normally have downstairs in a BnB. Electricity, TV, toilet, running water, Senseo, kettle, small fridge, games. Heating and extra blankets in the cabin, so definitely not cold. A duster and a bit of cobweb removal would have been nice. Everything was very dusty and certainly not from a day or a few days. That was the only downside.
