The lovingly renovated house is "a bit like before" with a large kitchen-living room, sofa and three bedrooms. In the courtyard there is a seating area with a grill and parking spaces for bicycles. We use it as a passage to our apartment. It is 50 meters to the supermarket, 500 meters to the pedestrian zone, 1.4 km to the train station. Families are welcome with us. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. Our cozy rural furnished home, located in the Bocholt, gives space for 10 people. There is a fully enclosed garden with all kinds of play opportunities for the children. Adjacent, there is a heated open terrace. We have an indoor playground and an outdoor climbing and clambering path. This allows them to enjoy themselves with us both indoors and outdoors. And then there is room to cross with the various go-carts, bicycles, ... that our accommodation has available.

My 2 rooms in the attic ( 2nd floor) is centrally located in a very quiet residential area. The metro is only a few minutes walk away. From there, you can get to the following places very quickly: - Old town & downtown 9 min. - Königsallee 8 min. - Central Station in 5 minutes - Messe Düsseldorf 29 min (1 time change) Supermarkets, pharmacies, Starbucks, Mc Fit and a Portuguese restaurant are right around the corner (about 400m) and within walking distance.
