Upon our arrival, JP was there to welcome us, smiling, kind and friendly. He introduced us to the place, which was completely in line with the description of the listing. During our stay, he was very discreet, although always available to our requests. If you are looking for a very clean, quiet and pleasant resort, close to the sea and the center of Royan. We had a pleasant stay in a very nice and very quiet apartment. We did not have the opportunity to meet Sandra, however a bottle of wine and a package of cakes were waiting for us on the table when we arrived. Saint Palais sur mer is a very pretty seaside town and the wild coast is beautiful.

Very pleasant and well appointed accommodation. The market, the port, shopping, the beach, you can do everything on foot! Jean Vincent and Marie Laure are very responsive and very kind.

Functional accommodation. It is close to the center and the beach, it is very convenient, you can do everything on foot. Check-in is very easy, everything is well explained and Lucie responds very quickly to messages. I totally recommend it. A little extra would be a clothesline, and then it would be perfect. ☺️

We had a wonderful weekend at Olivier's. We were very well received, in person, in this accommodation close to the train station and close to the beaches of Royan. Everything was impeccable, Olivier was very accommodating. The small garden is super nice, for eating outside or for playing a board game. There are all the amenities inside, real separate rooms. I would this place without any restrictions.

We had a most pleasant stay in Marielle and Jean Claude's very well located apartment. We were able to enjoy their superb terrace. The residence is very well maintained and very quiet. we had a very nice stay in the cozy studio of Florence and Nicolas, it is a stone's throw from the sea and the street is free for parking. Catherine and Gérald are extremely kind, very attentive so that everything goes perfectly well. We felt at home. I highly recommend it. Top location, the sea a few meters away… the parking is very popular and the residence is quiet. Very comfortable bedding, bed made on arrival and towels included. The washing machine is also a plus. We really enjoyed the spirit of our hosts and the accommodation.

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing.
