Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without vis-à-vis, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily crisscross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge on the stay of 10€.

My accommodation is on the southern flank of Salève, 930 meters above sea level, between Annecy (25 km) and Geneva (25 km). 5-minute drive to all the shops in Cruseilles. You'll love my place for its calm and environment, close to nature, with exceptional views of the Alps and Mont Blanc. My place is good for couples or families (with kids), to rest or play sports (hiking, mountain biking, swimming, tree climbing), in summer and winter.

A daybed that sleeps two more for one person. Corridor leading to the kitchen, the separate WC, a storage space and the bathroom. Bathroom with walk-in shower, large sink.

This tree house, a true haven of peace in the heart of the Jura mountains, will bring you a total change of scenery if you like tranquility, isolated but not too much, the sound of the alpine horns and the birdsong will be your morning alarm clock. A cozy nest in the middle of the forest. Equipped with electricity but no running water, a good way to learn to use it sparingly, a hot shower outdoors is nevertheless possible,

Charming fully renovated studio in an old Haut-Savoyard farmhouse. The setting is bucolic. Independent, it is adjoining the farmhouse and has a private entrance. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, toilet and an equipped kitchen. The environment is very quiet, a path runs along the studio and you can go for a walk on foot when leaving the accommodation. You also have a parking space.

Very comfortable appartement 67m, 15 minutes from Geneva by car and 25 minutes on a bus (ligne D), bus stop is 5 min walk. It’s perfect for all type of travelers (families with children, couples, single travelers, business travelers..). The apartment has all the necessary equipments for a comfortable stay. If you have any questions I am ready to answer them with pleasure in English, French or Russian.
