Simona was a very generous and helpful host. The apartment was neat, clean and tidy with little extra treats. Simona always responded immediately and gave helpful advice and information. The bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and little bathroom extras. It was a delightful place to come back to after a day out exploring Tivoli. There was so much to see. I would highly recommend Simona’s apartment.

We are so glad we booked this place. It is central to Tivoli and just a 5 minute walk to one of the Villas. The view from the window is fantastic, and you have everything you need—kitchen, washer, bathroom, wifi, etc. It is a great deal and I would recommend staying here.

Beautiful city and beautiful apartment. Definitely a respite from Rome. The house is really very cozy, super equipped and comfortable. It's not the typical apartment Airbnb cold and sin alma. Paola and her husband very nice and attentive, I hope to be back soon!

From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed into Sylvia's beautiful family. They were a delight, making sure I had everything I needed, was fed and comfortable. Although it was a studio room, it was very large, so I did not feel at all that I was in my bedroom all the time. There was beautiful Italian linen on the bed, and lovely hangings at the window. There was a screen on both the door and the window so I could have the window open at night without those dreaded mossies coming in. The views from the studio are stunning and I loved having my morning coffee in the chair outside my door, with the donkeys and dog keeping me company. Their own olive oil in the kitchen was a real treat. I took advantage of both Sylvias airport pickup and her fathers tour round the old town...so wonderful to see. The drive is very steep, but walkable, but I never wanted to leave. It was magical and I loved my stay. I had come specifically to work and there was a good table and great wifi connection.
