Une maison tres bien équipée, classée 3*, propice à de tres bons moments conviviaux ou soirées chaleureuses autour de son terrain de pétanque. Idéalement située sur les collines du Perche, à 10 km de Nogent le Rotrou et à quelques km de Thiron Gardais et du collège militaire de Stephane Bern.

Au coeur du Perche, Isabelle et Guy-Régis vous accueillent dans la partie centrale d'une demeure familiale, pour vos moments de détente et repos. Au sein d'un grand parc arboré et calme, ils mettent à votre disposition au RDC un vaste salon, une cuisine équipée ouverte sur salle à manger, le tout desservi par un grand couloir. L'étage se compose d'une chambre avec lit 160 et d'une autre avec 2 lits 80 pouvant être réunis, une salle de bain et wc séparé. Garage possible pour vélos, motos.
