The cottage is located with a direct proximity to the lake that invites activities all year round. Cooking over an open fire at the cottage's barbecue area is much appreciated by guests. Parking for cars and snowmobiles is available. 10 minutes by car to Duved. 15 minutes by car to Åre village. 30 minutes by car to Storulvån mountain station.

Din familj kommer att ha nära till allt när ni bor i detta centralt belägna boende. Ett stenkast från Åre by med dess utbud av restauranger och butiker. Gångavstånd till ICA, Coop, Systembolaget, Holiday Club, Jump Yard, Åre strand, Skidbussen, Tågstationen mm. På sommaren är det ca 100 meter till badstrand med grillplats och skateboardpark. Ca 900 meter till torget och Åre bergbana som tar dig upp i skidsystemet. Annars 500 meter gång över bron till skidbusshållsplasten (produkthuset)

Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
