Cozy, classic mountain cabin with amazing views of the mountain landscape! The cottage has a large living room with a fireplace and exit to the balcony in a sunny south-facing location. The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Herbret och bastun är en rekreationsupplevelse! Herbret ligger 80m från Åresjön, 10 m från sjön står bastun, 200m ligger skidbacken vm8. Bussstation 200 m som tar dig till bykärnan. Annars går det bra att gå ca 1,3 km, ca 20 min promenad. Skiduthyrning SkiStar ca 500m. Ingår INTE lakan. Två 90 cm sängar. Bra att veta! Tåg rälsen ligger nära, ljud av tåg några gånger per dag/kvällar. Under din vistelsen kan bastun hyras ut till grupper av värden Fia, hon kommer kommunicera det med gästen.

Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit. Varmt välkommen till detta unika och lugna boende precis vid Storån. En underbar plats för naturälskaren. Egen brygga finns för den badsugna. Det finns även en eldplats vid ån där man kan grilla och njuta av utsikten. Boendet består av en mindre timmerstuga som trots sin storlek har de flesta bekvämligheter. Har du tur kan du se uttern fånga fisk medan du äter frukost. Storån är en populär plats för flugfiske. Fem minuters promenad från stugan har ni en stor, fin sandstrand vid Ottsjön.
