The kitchen was replaced a couple of years ago and is fully equipped with a dining table attached, three bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and toilet. Sauna is available. Crib is available. Hiking and skiing trails are accessible directly around the corner from the house. To Åre it is about 25 minutes, Vålådalen about 30 minutes. In Ottsjö village there is ICA Bua, dog sledding, brewery, etc.

Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

In the summer season, it is a rolling distance to the lift and really good pump track! Different floor plan with, among other things, a double (triple) bed of 270 cm. Fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to cook. Before you start the day, you can conveniently slip down to the bakery Grädda 200 meters away and buy something freshly baked. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.
