Welcoming, a great floor plan. Walking distance to the ski transportation in the winter and with rolling distance with bike to the Åre Bike Park XC summer time. One master bedroom with double bed and two rooms with bunk bed. There is a sauna, shower, 2 toilets as well as a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor deck in front of the apartment with nice views towards Åreskutan. During winter it is about 500 meters to the nearest ski shop & ski bus. 30 meters to the transport trail to the ski system. Parking with engine heating pole included.

Nice apartment in central Åre village for 6 people

Super nice apartment 65 sqm in the middle of the village! High up in the house with a view and balcony towards Åresjön. 250 m to lift, 150 m to train and 300 m to the center with restaurants and shops. Here you live perfectly in Åre all seasons whether you are going skiing, biking or hiking and enjoying the nature around Åre. Nice hiking opportunities in Åre's proximity. The variety of amusements is endless with several good restaurants, shopping and adventure swimming and SPA for kids and adults.

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. Beautiful cabin in Huså close to nature

Huset består av tre sovrum, ett badrum, ett sovloft samt ett kök som är öppet mot vardagsrummet. Det är öppet mellan sovloftet och vardagsrummet vilket bör beaktas om man avser sova på loftet och om man reser med morgonpigga individer. Stugan är modern men mysigt inredd för att skapa en härlig stugkänsla. Huså ligger på andra sidan Åreskutan från Åre sett och har en egen skidbacke och mycket goda möjligheter till skoteråkning. Här finns även en fors att bada i och vandringsleder.

Note! We weeks 2-5 we only rent out to families or parties 35+. Fresh apartment in the middle of central Åre with a lovely balcony facing south. 200 meters to Åre Torg and 100 meters to the train station. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. Of course, children are welcome in the company of parents! Rented to maximum 6 adults. Works for 7 people if some are children. Rented Sun-Sun, Sun-Thurs or Thu-Sun. Featured weeks only Sun-Sun. Christmas week we rent out ons-ons.
