In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

Cozy cottage in Åredalen!

Welcome to book accommodation for the family or with your friends! A cozy cottage surrounded by nature and forest that gives a feeling of seclusion and tranquility! Here you can play in the cottage yard, grill sausages, take a walk/ski on the Pilgrim's Trail, or just enjoy the sofa in front of a fire! Despite the secluded location, it is only 800 meters to the E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and the nearest ICA store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 minutes by car).

Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit. Cross-country trails and transport lift to the ski resort are just a stone's throw away. Summer time trail running, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling and swimming. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.
