In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.
