High standard with unique extras, underfloor heating and an unbeatable coziness that really gives you that cabin feeling you want when you go to the mountains. Basically, ski in/ski out with only a 100-meter walk to the ski slopes in Tegefjäll/Duved (part of the Åre lift system). 300 meters in the other direction, you will find a restaurant, a grocery store and the ski bus to Åre (in operation during the ski season). Amazing mountain experience in Ottsjö in Åre

In this fantastic little mountain village Ottsjö, our newly built house is in a high position overlooking the mountain world in Åre. The house is 76 sqm with panoramic windows and beautiful material choices. In this house, you will feel like you are outdoors even when you are sitting inside by the stove with a cup of tea. Just behind the house, there are several prepared cross-country trails, snowmobile trails, hiking trails and proximity to fine fishing. A perfect house for friends and families with children who also want to bring their dog.

Welcome to a peaceful place for families and friends! The modern cottage has nice views, four bedrooms with eight beds, two bathrooms, sauna, fireplace and large balcony. The cottage is located in cozy and family-friendly Edsåsdalen, 20 minutes from Åre village. Edsåsdalen's lift system has 5 lifts and 11 slopes, there are 40 km of cross-country trails and 150 km of mountain trails, a ski school, sports shop, restaurants and a small spa. From the cottage, it is about 350 meters to the nearest ski slope and to the cross-country trails.

A fantastic nice apartment with ski-in ski-out in central Åre Björnen. 3 nice bedrooms, sauna, magical views of Renfjället and Åresjön. Large living room with TV and music system, lovely dining area with nice view. Ski bus outside the door, grocery store, ski rental and restaurants 200 m. Nice cross-country tracks with evening lighting. Private parking with electric charger, Wi-Fi, barbecue, patio. Bed linens are not included, but can be booked. Self check-in and check-out with digital keypad lock. A 25-year age limit applies.

Enjoy a luxurious experience at this centrally-located place. Here you can relax and enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking trails directly adjacent to the cottage. Detached house of about 50 sqm distributed on two floors with 2 bedrooms and bathroom with spacious sauna overlooking Åre village. Large south-facing balcony with magical views. VM 8 and the slope directly "outside the door." This lift, which opens first and closes last on the day and the season, takes you out to the entire Åre magical ski system. Genuine ski-in ski-out!

Cozy cottage in Åredalen!

Welcome to book accommodation for the family or with your friends! A cozy cottage surrounded by nature and forest that gives a feeling of seclusion and tranquility! Here you can play in the cottage yard, grill sausages, take a walk/ski on the Pilgrim's Trail, or just enjoy the sofa in front of a fire! Despite the secluded location, it is only 800 meters to the E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and the nearest ICA store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 minutes by car).

Very close to Tegeforsen offering fishing and swimming. Also close to Åre golf - one of the most beautiful courses in Sweden. The house offers a spacious open plan living room, six bedrooms, sauna, relax, TV-room and a big "mud-room" to keep skiing clothing, golf equipment etc. We also have wifi and a nice fire pit. Cozy mountain cabin in lovely Trillevallen. In winter, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing in Trillevallen's many family-friendly slopes and prepared trails. Cross-country trails and transport lift to the ski resort are just a stone's throw away. Summer time trail running, hiking, mountain biking, fishing, paddling and swimming. Just a 20-minute drive away is the ski resort Åre, which offers shopping, entertainment and restaurants. 5-minute walk to Trillevallen's high mountain hotel.
