The accommodation is centrally located, short walking distance to Fevik's finest beach. Fevik is surrounded by beautiful hiking areas and nice beaches. Fevik is located between Grimstad and Arendal and a short way to both of these cities. In about 30 minutes you are in the zoo in Kristiansand. The home has 3 bedrooms in the main house , and a garden room used for one extra room. 2 of the bedrooms in the main house have double beds, one of the rooms has 120 beds. The summer living room has a double bed. Cuddly cats live permanently in the house, must be fed by those who rent.

All facilities for a toddler family, children's toys, high chairs, crib, remember, trampoline, inflatable children's pool etc.. also very suitable if you do not have children in tow. Also has exercise appliances in outdoor living, if the tenant likes to get away from a small trim during the holidays. In the kitchen attached to the kitchen there is available a small work station with a desk. We have also installed a heat pump which is as useful on hot summer days(A/C) as it is winter.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.
