Vikaveien 8 is a small southern house, fully renovated in 2018/2019. With original pine floors and beamed ceilings, as well as gorgeous timber and brick walls in the living room that give the place a charming glow. The house has a new kitchen with a dishwasher, as well as a new, delicate bathroom with shower. The place is well situated on a steep hill, has sun from morning to evening and views of water and boating. On the down side is the place's jetty with its own bathing ladder. About 2 km to Arendal city centre - either by bus or ferry

All facilities for a toddler family, children's toys, high chairs, crib, remember, trampoline, inflatable children's pool etc.. also very suitable if you do not have children in tow. Also has exercise appliances in outdoor living, if the tenant likes to get away from a small trim during the holidays. In the kitchen attached to the kitchen there is available a small work station with a desk. We have also installed a heat pump which is as useful on hot summer days(A/C) as it is winter.

Simple and peaceful accommodation centrally located both to the city center and to several lovely beaches. The annex is around 200 meters from UiA. There is also a short distance to the playground and free area with forest and frisbee golf. Just outside the porch door is a small sandbox for children, as well as lush garden that can be used with the host. The zoo in Kristiansand is only 25 minutes drive. The annex has a simple standard, but all amenities necessary for short stays.

About 30 minutes drive to the zoo at Kristiansand. Our guests come to a home we love very much.
